Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór pierscionka sklada sie z dwóch modulów o identycznym ksztalcie, które po zlozeniu uzupelniaja sie wzajemnie, tworzac pierscionek - obraczke. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo ze srebra a takze bialego, zóltego lub rózowego zlota. Moduly moga byc blyszczace lub matowe. The essence of an industrial design is a new, unique form of the product—revealed in its original design and workmanship. The ring design consists of two modules of identical shape, which, when assembled, complement each other, creating a ring. The design can be made of, for example, silver, white, yellow, or rose gold. The modules can be shiny or matte. The shape of this crown is engraved on the front of the module. The front of the module is cut out along the outline of the crown, up, containing an element that protrudes upwards. The back of the module is cut out in the same shape, but downwards, meaning the module in the back contains a recess of the same shape. When assembled, the modules complement each other, with the protruding elements replacing the cut-out elements, creating a ring that is even on both edges.
