Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zawias przeznaczony zwlaszcza do skladania nóg w stolach biurowych, szkolnych, bankietowych lub ogrodowych. Wytworem wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zawiasu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz trwalej i efektownej konstrukcji. Zawias wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przeznaczony jest do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej. Stól odwrócony jest blatem do dolu a pierscien blokady grawitacyjnej zajmuje pozycje w miejscu mocowania zawiasu do blatu stolu. Fig. 4 pokazuje widok zawiasu pod blatem stolu. Stól stoi na nogach, zawias jest wyprostowany, a pierscien blokady grawitacyjnej zajmuje pozycje na ograniczniku blokujac zawias w pozycji wyprostowanej, uniemozliwiajac zlozenie nóg do wewnatrz. Zawias z jednej strony przymocowany jest do blatu stolu, a z drugiej strony do nóg stolu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zawias jest ksztaltownikiem w postaci prostego odcinka ceownika. Do bocznych scian ceownika od strony nóg stolu przymocowane sa ciegna zawiasu o ksztalcie kanciastej litery S. Przez kazde ciegno przechodzi ogranicznik w postaci nita, gladki od strony zewnetrznej z wystajaca czescia od strony wewnetrznej. Ceownik ma w scianach bocznych oraz na koncu scian bocznych wybrania na ograniczniki. The product based on the industrial design is a new form of hinge, characterized by its shape and durable, attractive construction. The hinge based on the industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production. The subject of the design is presented in the attached collective drawing, which includes photographs: Fig. 1 shows a view of the hinge attached to the tabletop and table legs in the folded position. Fig. 2 shows the hinge while the table legs are being raised. Fig. 3 shows the hinge with the table legs extended. The table is turned upside down, and the gravity locking ring is positioned where the hinge is attached to the tabletop. Fig. 4 shows the hinge under the tabletop. The table stands on its legs, the hinge is straight, and the gravity locking ring engages the stop, locking the hinge in the straight position, preventing the legs from folding inward. The hinge is attached to the tabletop on one side and to the table legs on the other. Significant industrial design features: The hinge is a straight section of a U-shaped profile. Hinge rods, shaped like an angular S, are attached to the side walls of the U-shaped profile on the table leg side. A riveted stop, smooth on the outside with a protruding section on the inside, runs through each rod. The U-shaped profile has recesses for stops in the side walls and at the end of the side walls.
