Opakowanie wedlug wzoru w kolorze piaskowym ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu, któ- rego krótsze krawedzie zakonczone sa spawami, natomiast na powierzchni górnej, na czerwonym tle narysowane jest logo producenta: na czerwonym tle w ksztalcie serca ze zlota obwódka napisane jest wyrazenie „dr Gerard" literami w kolorze bialym, podkreslone biala linia w ksztalcie luku, a ponizej umieszczona jest nazwa wyrobów cukierniczych: FILUSIE, napisana fantazyjnym krojem pisma lite- rami koloru bialego ze zlota obwódka, a ponizej na tle linii falistej w kolorze zlotym narysowany jest element graficzny w ksztalcie fali w kolorze brazowym, pod którymi to elementami umieszczony jest napis „herbatniki w polewie kakaowej", a pod nim okienko w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu, natomiast z prawej strony umieszczony jest, czesciowo zachodzacy na okienko, rysunek kilku wyrobów cukierni- czych w ksztalcie gwiazdek z dziurka w srodku, w kolorze brazowym. Cechami istotnymi opakowania wedlug wzoru jest jego forma w ksztalcie zblizonym do prosto- padloscianu, którego krótsze krawedzie zakonczone sa spawami oraz kolorystyka i uklad graficzny, gdzie na powierzchni górnej narysowane jest logo producenta, ponizej umieszczona jest nazwa wyro- bów cukierniczych, a ponizej okienko w ksztalcie zblizonym do trapezu i z prawej strony umieszczony jest, czesciowo zachodzacy na okienko rysunek kilku wyrobów cukierniczych.
