Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest karta promocyjno-informacyjna przeznaczona do umieszczania na róznego rodzaju materialach, w szczególnosci papierowych i elektronicznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowy i indywidualny wyglad karty nadany mu przez cechy graficzne. Przedmiotowy wzór uwidoczniono na ilustracji fig. 1, zostal nadany w nowej i indywidualnej for- mie, tj. prostokata z bialym tlem, na którego powierzchnie naniesiono dwie figury z widocznymi kontu- rami dwóch trójkatów prostokatnych ulozonych asymetrycznie, rozdzielonych przestrzenia ograniczo- na przeciwprostokatnymi trójkatów. The essence of the design is the new and unique appearance of the card, given to it by graphic features. The design in question, shown in Fig. 1, has been given a new and unique form: a rectangle with a white background, on whose surface are applied two figures with the visible contours of two asymmetrically arranged right-angled triangles, separated by a space bounded by the hypotenuses of the triangles. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The promotional and information card, as designed, is distinguished by the fact that the rectangle's surface contains two figures with the visible contours of two asymmetrically arranged right-angled triangles, separated by a space bounded by the hypotenuses of the triangles. This arrangement of figures on a rectangle gives the impression of dividing the card into three main fields, marked in Fig. 1 as numbers 1, 2, 3.
