Abstract

The method involves detaching an insulation of an end section of a cable (10). An end side section (20) is bended of the stripped end section of the cable. The stripped end section is inserted into the crimping section of a cable lug. The cable is attached in the cable lug by deforming the crimping section. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a cable with a cable lug (2) a cable bending device for bending an end side section of a stripped end section of an electrical cable.
