Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy dwupunktowy - wpuszczany wykona- ny ze stopu typu „znal", stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w jego ksztalcie, zwlaszcza w ksztalcie i zmiennym polozeniu jego czesci chwytowej. The new and original form of the industrial design is reflected in its shape, especially in the shape and variable position of its gripping part. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrations and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the two-point furniture handle with its gripping part tilted in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the same handle in a side view, Fig. 3 - the same handle in a bottom view, and Fig. 4 - the same handle in a top view. The two-point, flush-mount furniture handle, designed according to an industrial design, consists of a monolithic, flattened cuboid body with a circumferential upper flange and an internal, blind cavity surrounded by a rectangular frame formed from this flange, within which the rotating grip portion of the handle is mounted. The bottom of the recessed body cavity has two offsets, located near both of its shorter sides and adjacent to the inner wall of one of its longer sides. When at rest, the inner surface of the rotating grip portion rests on the side of its longer side, which is raised upwards when the handle is in use. In addition, the rotating gripping part of this furniture handle has a rounded upper surface, flush with the upper surface of the peripheral frame of its body, so that in a side view this gripping part has the shape of a flat-convex lens, while in the bottom of this body there are two threaded mounting holes located next to both of its offsets, against which the gripping part rests when it is at rest.
