Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podeszwa przeznaczona do obuwia wyjsciowego codziennego uzytku jak i do obuwia sportowego np. po nartach. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa posiadajaca charakterystyczny indywidualny charakter przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie postaci podeszwa obuwia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia widok podeszwy z boku, Fig. 2 - widok podeszwy od spodu, Fig. 3 - widok z boku buta wraz z podeszwa. Podeszwa sklada sie z pierwszej warstwy, która stanowi bieznik 1 wykonany z gumy oraz warstwy drugiej, która stanowi miedzypodeszwa 2 wykonana ze spienionego poliuretanu, Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego – podeszwa jest dwuwarstwowa, skladajaca sie z pierwszej warstwy, która stanowi bieznik (1) wykonany z gumy oraz warstwy drugiej, która stanowi miedzypodeszwa (2) wykonana ze spienionego poliuretanu, – miedzypodeszwa (2) wykonana z poliuretanu ma ksztalt klina zwezajacego sie od czesci piety w kierunku do czubka podeszwy, – boki miedzypodeszwy (2) zarówno od strony zewnetrznej jak i wewnetrznej maja wyprofilowane lamele na przemian gladkie w ilosci 9 szt. na kazda strone jak i porowate w ilosci 8 szt. na kazda strone które wystepuja w ksztalcie lamanych pionowych wystepów zachodzacych wspólosiowo na lamele bieznika (1) podeszwy. The essence of the industrial design is a new sole with a distinctive, individual character, manifested in its shape. The industrial design is illustrated in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a side view of the sole, Fig. 2 shows the underside of the sole, and Fig. 3 shows a side view of the shoe with the sole. The sole consists of a first layer, which is a tread 1 made of rubber, and a second layer, which is an intersole 2 made of foamed polyurethane. Essential features of the industrial design: - the sole is two-layer, consisting of a first layer, which is a tread (1) made of rubber, and a second layer, which is an intersole (2) made of foamed polyurethane. - the intersole (2) made of polyurethane has the shape of a wedge narrowing from the heel part towards the tip of the sole. - the sides of the intersole (2) both on the outer and inner sides have profiled lamellas, alternately smooth (9 pcs on each side) and porous (8 pcs on each side), which are in the shape of broken vertical protrusions overlapping coaxially with the lamellas of the tread (1) of the sole. In the toe and heel parts there is an element with a porous structure common to both the outer and inner sides, – in the rear part of the midsole (2) there is an inscription "relaks", – the tread (1) of the sole has on the inner and outer sides recessed smooth profiling (eight lamellas on each side) constituting transverse lines and in the heel part one smooth lamella running across the sole, in addition there is a recessed smooth profiling running along the midline of the sole with a slight deviation of the line towards the inner side in the toe part and in the heel part of the letter of the word "relaks", – the tread (1) of the sole as well as the midsole (2) has a porous texture.PL 19957 3 Illustration of the patternPL 19957 4 Department of Publishing of the Polish Patent Office PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL
