Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik znicza przeznaczony do umieszczania w nim wkladu znicza. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie pojem- nika oraz wystroju powierzchni korpusu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje po- jemnik znicza z pokrywka w widoku bocznym, fig. 2 - pokazuje pojemnik znicza z pokrywka w innym widoku bocznym, fig. 3 - pojemnik znicza w widoku z góry, fig. 4 - fragment korpusu pojemnika w po- wiekszeniu, fig. 5 - pojemnik znicza bez pokrywki w widoku perspektywicznym. Pojemnik znicza wedlug wzoru przemyslowego utworzony jest z korpusu zakonczonego od góry glówka, na która mozna nakladac lub nakrecac pokrywke, a od dolu podstawa. Korpus w widoku ogólnym ma postac bryly utworzonej w czesci górnej z rozszerzajacego sie do dolu stozka, przecho- dzacego lukiem w czesc czworoboczna, wybrzuszona w górze i zwezajaca sie w kierunku podstawy. Na powierzchni stozka znajduja sie platy wystajace ponad powierzchnie tej czesci, majace ksztalt zblizony do pólkola skierowanego lukiem do dolu i przechodzace w paski biegnace do podstawy. W jednym widoku bocznym, pokazanym na fig. 1, na korpusie widnieje krzyz utworzony z pionowego paska biegnacego od platu znajdujacego sie na powierzchni stozka i poziomych pasków polozonych na wybrzuszonych czesciach korpusu. W centralnej czesci krzyza zawarte jest serce, polozone po- miedzy wybrzuszonymi czesciami korpusu. W wewnetrznym obramowaniu serca zaznaczony jest zarys mniejszego serca, we wglebieniu którego znajduje sie element ozdobny w postaci figury o zary- sie stozka z kropla. W korpusie zawarte sa cztery duze krzyze, kazdy majacy serce. W innym widoku bocznym, pokazanym na fig. 2, z korpusu wystaja wybrzuszenia, które poprzez elementy ozdobne o zarysie klina z zaokraglonym wierzcholkiem przechodza w opadajaca powierzchnie boczna. Ele- menty ozdobne maja zaznaczone obrzeza wystajace ponad powierzchnie korpusu. Korpus w widoku z góry ma zarys kwadratu o wkleslych bokach i zaokraglonych narozach. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Korpus w widoku ogólnym ma postac bryly utworzonej w czesci górnej z rozszerzajacego sie do dolu stozka, przechodzacego lukiem w czesc czworoboczna, wybrzuszona w górze i zwezajaca sie w kierunku podstawy. 2. Na powierzchni stozka znajduja sie platy wystajace ponad powierzchnie tej czesci, majace ksztalt zblizony do pólkola skierowanego lukiem do dolu i przechodzace w paski biegnace do podstawy. 3. W jednym widoku bocznym, na korpusie widnieje krzyz utworzony z pionowego paska biegnacego od platu znajdujacego sie na powierzchni stozka i poziomych pasków polozo- nych na wybrzuszonych czesciach korpusu. W centralnej czesci krzyza zawarte jest serce, polozone pomiedzy wybrzuszonymi czesciami korpusu. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the surface decoration of the body. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the grave light container with a lid in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the grave light container with a lid in a different side view, Fig. 3 shows the grave light container in a top view, Fig. 4 shows a fragment of the container body enlarged, and Fig. 5 shows the grave light container without a lid in a perspective view. The grave light container according to the industrial design is composed of a body with a head at the top, onto which a lid can be placed or screwed on, and a base at the bottom. The body, in general view, has the form of a solid formed by a cone widening downward, arcing into a quadrilateral section, bulging at the top and tapering towards the base. The cone's surface features lobes protruding above the surface of this section, resembling a semicircle arcing downward and merging into stripes extending to the base. In one side view, shown in Fig. 1, the body features a cross formed by a vertical stripe extending from the lobe on the cone's surface and horizontal stripes placed on the bulging parts of the body. The central part of the cross contains a heart, nestled between the bulging parts of the body. The heart's inner frame features the outline of a smaller heart, in the recess of which is a decorative element in the form of a cone-shaped figure with a droplet. The body contains four large crosses, each with a heart. In another side view, shown in Fig. 2, bulges protrude from the body, which, through decorative elements in the shape of a wedge with a rounded top, merge into the sloping side surface. The decorative elements have marked edges protruding above the body surface. The body, viewed from above, has a square outline with concave sides and rounded corners. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The body, in general view, has the form of a solid formed in the upper part by a cone widening downwards, merging in an arc into a quadrilateral part, bulging at the top and tapering towards the base. 2. The surface of the cone has lobes protruding above the surface of this part, having a shape similar to a semicircle arcing downwards and continuing into stripes running to the base. 3. In one side view, the body features a cross formed by a vertical stripe extending from a lobe located on the cone's surface and horizontal stripes placed on the bulging parts of the body. The cross's central section contains a heart, nestled between the bulging parts of the body. The heart's inner frame features the outline of a smaller heart, in the recess of which is a decorative element in the form of a cone-shaped figure with a droplet.
