Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wieszak skladany przeznaczony do uzytku domowego oraz w dzialalnosci gospodarczej w warsztatach naprawczych i temu podobnej. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the hanger attached to a support structure; Fig. 1a shows the front and right side views of the attached hanger; Fig. 1b shows the front and side views of the attached hanger positioned vertically; and Fig. 1c shows the front and side views of the hanger tilted towards the support structure. The hanger shown in the illustration consists of two basic parts: arms, the ends of which are connected in an articulated and tilting manner using a screw connector. The fixed arm of the hanger is used for attachment to a supporting structure, such as a load-bearing wall of a house, garage, or workshop, while the movable arm is used for hanging various items, including bicycles, on two horizontally mounted hangers. The fixed arm is made of a rectangular steel tube, bent at one end into a J-shape, while the opposite end has two through holes for screws securing it to the structure. The movable arm is made of flat steel bent at an angle of approximately 360°, with an oval through hole (socket) at one end, in which the bent end of the fixed arm is attached using a screw connector. A colored plastic cover is slid over the length of the movable arm intended for hanging objects. The pivoting and tilting connection of the arms allows for three positions of the movable arm: horizontal (Fig. 1 and 1a), vertical (Fig. 1b), and inclined (Fig. 1c). Essential Features of the Industrial Design: The industrial design represents a new, unique form of hanger, characterized by its shape and the arrangement of its components. The hanger consists of two arms, the ends of which are pivotally and tiltably connected by a screw connector.
