Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uszczelka dylatacyjna stosowana do uszczelniania i oslony róznego rodzaju szczelin dylatacyjnych. Szczeliny dylatacyjne stosuje sie w obszarze styku elementów budowlanych. Szczeliny te kom- pensuja wielokierunkowe ruchy elementów budowlanych jakie moga wystapic pod wplywem zmian temperatury - kurczenia sie lub rozszerzania materialu. Uszczelki dylatacyjne sa przeznaczone glównie do zakrycia powierzchni styku elementów budow- lanych oraz do zabezpieczenia przed przedostawaniem sie zanieczyszczen i wody do wnetrz szczelin. Uszczelki sa wykonywane z elastomerów. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac uszczelki dylatacyjnej przejawiajaca sie w ksztal- cie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany w przekroju na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uszczelke stanowiaca odmiane 1, fig. 2 uszczelke stanowiaca odmiane 2, fig. 3 uszczelke stanowiaca odmiane 3 a fig. 4 uszczelke stanowiaca odmiane 4. Odmiane 1 uszczelki stanowi osnowa 1 w postaci listwy z trzema otwartymi kanalami 2 i dwa zatrzaski zabkowe 3 usytuowane na obrzezu osnowy 1. Odmiane 2 uszczelki stanowi osnowa 1 w postaci listwy z dwoma otwartymi kanalami 2 i dwa zatrzaski zabkowe 3 usytuowane na obrzezu osnowy 1. Odmiane 3 uszczelki stanowi osnowa 1 w postaci listwy z 1 otwartym kanalem 2 i dwa zatrzaski zabkowe 3 usytuowane na obrzezu osnowy 1. Odmiane 4 uszczelki stanowi osnowa 1 w postaci listwy z piecioma zamknietymi kanalami 2 i dwa zatrzaski zabkowe 3 usytuowane na obrzezu osnowy 1. Kanaly 2 dodatkowo zwiekszaja elastycznosc uszczelki. Expansion gaps are used in the area of contact between building elements. These gaps compensate for multidirectional movements of building elements that may occur under the influence of temperature changes - shrinkage or expansion of the material. Expansion seals are mainly intended to cover the contact surface of building elements and to protect against the ingress of dirt and water into the gaps. The seals are made of elastomers. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of expansion seal manifested in the shape and arrangement of the surfaces. The subject of the pattern is shown in cross-section in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a gasket constituting variant 1, Fig. 2 a gasket constituting variant 2, Fig. 3 a gasket constituting variant 3 and Fig. 4 a gasket constituting variant 4. Variation 1 of the gasket is a casing 1 in the form of a strip with three open channels 2 and two toothed latches 3 located on the periphery of the casing 1. Variation 2 of the gasket is a casing 1 in the form of a strip with two open channels 2 and two toothed latches 3 located on the periphery of the casing 1. Variation 3 of the gasket is a casing 1 in the form of a strip with 1 open channel 2 and two toothed latches 3 located on the periphery of the casing 1. Variation 4 of the gasket is a casing 1 in the form of a strip with five closed channels 2 and two toothed latches 3 located on the edge of the carcass 1. Channels 2 additionally increase the elasticity of the seal. The expansion seal is mounted on the building elements creating the expansion gap. Essential features of the industrial design The new form of the expansion seal is visible in: - the shape of the seal and the components 1, 2 and 3, - the location of the components 1, 2 and 3 in relation to each other.
