Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest krzeslo. Istota wzoru przejawia sie w oryginalnym wy- gladzie i ksztalcie krzesla oraz charakterystycznym zdobnictwie oparcia krzesla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na fotografiach, na których: Fig. 1 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z przodu Fig. 2 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku perspektywicznym Fig. 3 przedstawia krzeslo w widoku z boku. Jak uwidoczniono na fig. 1 oraz fig. 2, krzeslo posiada charakterystyczne oparcie, stanowiace jednoczesnie element jego wsparcia o podloze. Oparcie stanowi specyficzny szablon witrazu, przed- stawiajacy fantazyjny ksztalt drzewa o charakterystycznym, wygietym pniu, splatanych konarach i korzeniach. Wizualizacja drzewa zawarta jest w jednolitej, szerokiej ramie. Jak wskazano na fig. 3, oparcie ma lukowate wygiecie. Siedzisko krzesla o ksztalcie rombu wykonano z miekkiego, materialu w kolorze kontrastowym do pozostalej kolorystyki krzesla. Przód wsparcia krzesla, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1, stanowia spiralnie skrecone nogi, wykona- ne w charakterystyczny sposób tak, jakby byly zbudowane z nakladajacych sie na siebie prostopadlo- scianów. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest oryginalny wyglad i ksztalt krzesla, gdzie oparcie stanowi specyficzny szablon witrazu, przedstawiajacy fantazyjny ksztalt drzewa o charakterystycznym, wygietym pniu, splatanych konarach i korzeniach, zas przednie nogi krzesla sa spiralnie skrecone i wykonano je tak, jakby skladaly sie z nakladajacych sie na siebie prostopadloscianów. The essence of the design is manifested in the chair's original appearance and shape, as well as the distinctive ornamentation of the chair's backrest. The subject of the industrial design is shown in photographs, in which: Fig. 1 shows the chair in a front view Fig. 2 shows the chair in a perspective view Fig. 3 shows the chair in a side view. As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the chair has a distinctive backrest, which also serves as an element of its support against the ground. The backrest is a specific stained glass template, depicting the fanciful shape of a tree with a characteristic, curved trunk, intertwined branches, and roots. The tree is visualized within a uniform, wide frame. As shown in Fig. 3, the backrest has an arched curve. The diamond-shaped seat of the chair is made of a soft material in a contrasting color to the rest of the chair. The front support of the chair, as shown in Figure 1, consists of spirally twisted legs, crafted in a distinctive manner as if composed of overlapping cuboids. A significant feature of the industrial design is the chair's original appearance and shape, where the backrest is a specific stained-glass pattern depicting a fanciful tree shape with a characteristic curved trunk, intertwined branches, and roots, while the front legs of the chair are spirally twisted and crafted as if composed of overlapping cuboids.
