od dnia 9. maja 2000 r. Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 8. listopada 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest zestaw meblowy lózka i stolika nocnego. Wzory mebli z zestawu sa nowymi, oryginalnymi postaciami przedmiotów lózka i stolika nocnego, powiazanych wspólnie jedna linia wzornicza. Wzory mebli z zestawu sa przedstawione na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których na fig. 1. przedstawiono postac zewnetrzna wzoru lózka i stolika, na fig. 2. - postac luku ramy, zas na fig. 3. - odmiane lózka ze skrzynia.Wzór lózka z zestawu ma postac przedmiotu o konstrukcji ramowej. Stelaz lózka jest rama pozioma, zbudowana z plaskich elementów ustawionych pionowo, w ksztalcie czworoboku, na przyklad z deseczek, przy czym rama jest wypelniona poziomymi elementami sluzacymi jako podpory dla ukladanego na nich materaca. W odmianie wzoru lózko wyposazone jest w prostopadloscienna, wysuwana, otwarta od góry skrzynie na posciel umiejscowiona ponizej ramy poziomej. Kazdy z boków lózka posiada postac pionowej, otwartej od dolu ramy, której ksztalt zblizony jest do poziomo polozonej litery „C", i której koncówki sa przedluzone jako nózki lózka. Rama pionowa sklada sie z pionowych nózek, elementu poziomego i dwóch luków, a ponadto rama jest usztywniona plaskim, pionowym elementem poziomej ramy stelazu lózka. W ramie pionowej jej element poziomy i nózki maja ksztalt walcowy, zas laczace je luki maja ksztalt jednej czwartej czesci torusa, przy czym wszystkie te elementy w przekrojach poprzecznych sa o jednakowej srednicy. Wedlug wzoru lózko moze posiadac jeden bok wyzszy od drugiego. Wedlug wzoru lózko z zestawu moze byc wykonane z róznych materialów, korzystnie calkowicie z drewna. Wzór stolika nocnego z zestawu ma postac przedmiotu o konstrukcji plytowo- ramowej. We wzorze stolika wystepuja elementy poziome w postaci plyt: blat górny oraz pólka dolna. Elementy poziome stolika powiazane sa dwoma nózkami przednimi w postaci pionowych walców oraz tylna rama otwarta, podobna w ksztalcie do poziomej litery „C", której koncówki sa przedluzone jako nózki wiazace plyty poziome. Element poziomy tylnej ramy oraz nózki maja ksztalt walcowy, zas laczace je luki maja ksztalt jednej czwartej czesci torusa, przy czym wszystkie one oraz nózki przednie sa w przekrojach poprzecznych, o jednakowej srednicy. The right of registration of the ornamental design has been valid since November 8, 2000. The subject of the ornamental design is a furniture set of a bed and a bedside table. The furniture designs from the set are new, original forms of the bed and bedside table objects, linked together by a single design line. The furniture designs from the set are presented in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the external form of the bed and table design, Fig. 2 - the form of the frame arch, and Fig. 3 - the version of the bed with a chest. The bed design from the set has the form of an object with a frame structure. The bed frame is a horizontal frame, constructed of flat elements arranged vertically, in the shape of a quadrangle, for example, of boards, with the frame filled with horizontal elements serving as supports for the mattress placed on them. In a variation of the design, the bed is equipped with a rectangular, pull-out, open-top bedding box located below the horizontal frame. Each side of the bed is a vertical, open-bottom frame, shaped similarly to a horizontally placed "C," with its ends extended as bed legs. The vertical frame consists of vertical legs, a horizontal element, and two arches. Furthermore, the frame is stiffened by a flat, vertical element of the horizontal frame of the bed frame. In the vertical frame, its horizontal element and the legs are cylindrical, while the connecting arches are shaped like a quarter of a torus, with all these elements having the same cross-sectional diameter. According to the design, the bed may have one side higher than the other. According to the pattern, the bed from the set can be made of various materials, preferably entirely of wood. The bedside table from the set is a board-frame structure. The table design features horizontal elements in the form of boards: a top tabletop and a bottom shelf. The horizontal elements of the table are connected by two front legs in the form of vertical cylinders and an open rear frame, similar in shape to the horizontal letter "C," the ends of which are extended as legs connecting the horizontal boards. The horizontal element of the rear frame and the legs are cylindrical, while the arcs connecting them are shaped like a quarter of a torus, with all of them and the front legs having cross-sections of the same diameter. The table design can be equipped with a drawer located under the top tabletop. According to the design, the table can be made of various materials, preferably entirely of wood.
