Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest znak graficzny przeznaczony do umieszczania na róz- nego rodzaju materialach zwiazanych z dzialalnoscia szkoleniowa, edukacyjna, jako nadruk na mate- rialach reklamowych np. nalepkach, folderach, zakladkach do ksiazek, plakatach, broszurach, mate- rialach audiowizualnych, a takze na odziezy, obuwiu i nakryciach glowy, torbach, plecakach itp. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu i kolorystyce poszczególnych elementów skladowych znaku graficznego przedstawiajacego stylizowana postac, we wzajemnym ich usytuowaniu oraz dolaczonych rekwizytach. Na tulowiu znajduja sie: nieregularny bialy ksztalt oczu w okularach, trójkolorowe usta w ksztalcie zblizonym do trójkata i czerwono-biala czapka Mikolaja. Dominujacym kolorem znaku graficznego jest niebieski, natomiast rekwizyty oraz elementy twa- rzy moga miec rózne kolory, a kolory korzystne zostaly przedstawione w materiale ilustracyjnym. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the graphic mark, Fig. 2 shows the second variant of the graphic mark, Fig. 3 shows the third variant of the graphic mark, Fig. 4 shows the fourth variant of the graphic mark, Fig. 5 shows the fifth variant of the graphic mark, Fig. 6 shows the sixth variant of the graphic mark, Fig. 7 shows the seventh variant of the graphic mark, Fig. 8 shows the eighth variant of the graphic mark, Fig. 9 shows the ninth variant of the graphic mark, Fig. 10 shows the tenth variant of the graphic mark. The fourth variation of the graphic symbol shown in Fig. 4 depicts a stylized figure with a circular blue torso, with the outlines of eyes and a mouth, and four sets of gradually decreasing blue circles forming two arms and two legs. The fifth variation of the graphic symbol, shown in Fig. 5, depicts a stylized figure with a circular blue torso, with the outlines of eyes and a mouth, and four sets of gradually decreasing blue circles forming two arms and two legs. The torso features an irregular white shape of eyes wearing glasses, a black line of a smiling mouth, and a pair of antennae. Between the figure's antennae is an imitation of an electrical impulse. The sixth variation of the graphic symbol, shown in Fig. 6, depicts a stylized figure with a circular blue torso, with the outlines of eyes and a mouth, and four sets of gradually decreasing blue circles forming two arms and two legs. The torso features an irregular white shape of eyes wearing glasses, a black line of a smiling mouth, and an academic cap. The graphic symbol according to the seventh variation, shown in Fig. 7, depicts a stylized figure with a circular blue torso with the outlines of eyes and a mouth, and four sets of gradually decreasing blue circles forming two arms and two legs. On the torso are irregular white eye shapes wearing glasses, a black line representing a smiling mouth, and a pair of antennae. The figure also holds a magnifying glass in one hand. The graphic symbol according to the eighth variation, shown in Fig. 8, depicts a stylized figure with a circular blue torso with the outlines of eyes and a mouth, and four sets of gradually decreasing blue circles forming two arms and two legs. On the torso are irregular white eye shapes wearing glasses, an irregular black-filled outline of a mouth, and a pair of antennae. The figure also holds a magnifying glass in one hand. The graphic symbol according to the ninth variation, shown in Fig. 9, depicts a stylized figure with a circular blue torso with the outlines of eyes and a mouth, and four sets of gradually decreasing blue circles forming two arms and two legs. The torso features: irregular white eye shapes with glasses, two-colored lips in a shape similar to a triangle, and a pair of antennae. The figure's arms end in five-fingered hands. The graphic symbol according to the tenth variation, shown in Fig. 10, depicts a stylized figure with a circular blue torso with the outlines of eyes and a mouth, and four sets of gradually decreasing blue circles forming two arms and two legs. The torso features: irregular white eye shapes with glasses, three-colored lips in a shape similar to a triangle, and a red and white Santa Claus hat. The dominant color of the graphic symbol is blue, while props and facial elements may be in various colors, and favorable colors are presented in the illustrative material.
