Szmaciana lalka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru trwa od dnia :24 pazdziernika 2000r Pierwszenstwo :25 kwietnia 2000r(Republika Federalna Niemiec) Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest szmaciana lalka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac szmacianej lalki, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia szmaciana lalke w widoku z przodu, fig.2- lalke w widoku perspektywicz- nym z przodu i z boku, fig.3- lalke w widoku z boku, fig.4- lalke w widoku z przodu w innej pozycji, a fig.5- lalke w wi- doku z drugiego boku. Szmaciana lalka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego, charakte- ryzuje sie tym, ze kazda reka i noga zawiera trzy segmenty oddzielone poprzecznymi szwami, a dolny segment reki obejmujetrzy palce. Na przodzie i bokach tulowia przebiegaja wzdluzne szwy. Twarz lalki ma w przyblizeniu zarys kolisty, a usta stanowi lukowaty szew, zas nos stanowi owalna wypuklosc.
