Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ko- lorystyce oraz w oryginalnym zestawieniu poszczególnych elementów tworzacych przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, które nadaja popielniczce swoisty indywidualny charakter zmierzajacy do podniesie- nia cech estetycznych, przez co popielniczka uzyskuje korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe. W pokrywie posrodku osadzona jest pionowo stalowa rura, która od góry zaslepiona jest wiecz- kiem o ksztalcie pólkulistym, a w górnej czesci ma otwory sluzace do wrzucania niedopalków. Piono- wa rura wraz z wieczkiem pomalowana jest dwukolorowo na wzór papierosa, tj. ciemniejszy ustnik z filtrem w kolorze zólto-brazowym i wlasciwy papieros wypelniony mieszanka tytoniowa w kolorze bialym. Na rurze naniesione jest logo wskazujace miejsce wrzucania niedopalków oraz logo „Safe water system". Kazdy z logotypów wykonany jest podwójnie po dwóch przeciwleglych stronach. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape, color scheme, and original arrangement of individual elements constituting the subject of the industrial design. These elements give the ashtray a unique character aimed at enhancing its aesthetic qualities, thereby giving the ashtray beneficial distinctive and functional characteristics. The ashtray according to the industrial design is intended for repeated reproduction in industrial production and may be made of any metal or metal alloy resistant to high temperatures and in available colors. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing showing a general view of the ashtray, and a photograph showing the ashtray from a general perspective. The ashtray consists of a cylindrical container, which is covered at the top by a truncated cone-shaped lid enclosing the container. The container and lid are black. The "Eco Smokers" logo is located on two opposite sides of the container's outer side. A vertical steel tube is mounted in the center of the lid, which is sealed at the top with a hemispherical lid and has holes in the upper part for inserting cigarette butts. The vertical tube, along with the lid, is painted in two colors to resemble a cigarette: a darker yellow-brown mouthpiece with a filter and a white cigarette filled with a tobacco mixture. The tube is marked with a logo indicating the place for inserting cigarette butts and the "Safe Water System" logo. Each logo is doubled on two opposite sides.
