Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw uchwytu meblowego, podswietlanego z zasilaczem, zasilajacym diode LED tego uchwytu, stanowiacy wyposazenie elementów meblowych. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie zarówno w ksztalcie samego uchwytu meblowego jak i w ksztalcie zasilacza doprowadzajacego prad elektryczny do diody LED, umieszczonej w tym uchwycie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy wraz z jego przewodem zasilajacym w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - zasilacz tego uchwytu w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 3 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku od spodu, fig. 5 - ten sam uchwyt meblowy w widoku z góry, fig. 6 - zasilacz tego uchwytu w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - ten sam zasilacz w widoku z boku, a fig. 8 - ten sam zasilacz w widoku z boku zaopatrzonego w gniazdo wtykowe. Uchwyt meblowy, podswietlany zestawu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego pokazany na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 oraz na rysunku fig. 3 - 5 ma ksztalt bryly utworzonej z metalowego korpusu wewnatrz wydrazonego, o profilu odwróconego ostroslupa scietego, który w widoku góry ma profil ramki kwadratowej, wewnatrz której umieszczona jest wkladka kwadratowa ze szkla bialego matowego, natomiast w plaskim kwadratowym dnie tego korpusu metalowego w osi jego symetrii wykonany jest jeden nagwintowany otwór montazowy, a w jednym jego narozu okragly otwór, z którego wystaje na zewnatrz przewód zasilajacy, polaczony z dioda „LED" umieszczona wewnatrz korpusu tego uchwytu, którego drugi koniec zaopatrzony jest w walcowa wtyczke. Z kolei zasilacz tego uchwytu ma ksztalt bryly o profilu zblizonym do splaszczonego prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokata z zaokraglonym jednym krótszym jego bokiem, posiadajacym okragle gniazdo wtykowe, przy czym górna jego powierzchnia posiada wysuwna jej czesc przyslaniajaca umieszczone pod nia baterie zasilajace diode LED, osadzona w korpusie uchwytu meblowego, natomiast przeciwlegla powierzchnia zaopatrzona jest w samoprzylepny element tasmowy typu „rzep". Po uprzednim zamocowaniu uchwytu meblowego do odpowiedniego elementu meblowego i przyklejeniu do niego zasilacza, wtyczke walcowa jego przewodu zasilajacego osadza sie w gniezdzie tego zasilacza, polaczonego z umieszczonymi w nim bateriami, w wyniku czego nastepuje doprowadzenie pradu do diod LED osadzonych w korpusie uchwytu powodujac podswietlenie jego górnej wkladki szklanej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Zestaw uchwytu meblowego, podswietlanego z zasilaczem, stosowany jako wyposazenie drzwi, drzwiczek i szuflad elementów meblowych pokazany na materiale ilustracyjnym oraz na rysunku fig. 1 - 8 charakteryzuje sie tym, ze – uchwyt meblowy tego zestawu ma ksztalt bryly utworzonej z korpusu wewnatrz wydrazonego, o profilu odwróconego ostroslupa scietego, który w widoku z góry ma profil ramki kwadratowej, wewnatrz której umieszczona jest wkladka kwadratowa, natomiast w plaskim kwadratowym dnie tego korpusu w osi jego symetrii wykonany jest jeden nagwintowany otwór montazowy, a w jednym jego narozu okragly otwór, z którego wystaje na zewnatrz przewód zasilajacy, polaczony z dioda „LED" umieszczona wewnatrz korpusu tego uchwytu, którego drugi koniec zaopatrzony jest w walcowa wtyczke, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 1 oraz na rysunku fig. 3 - 5, natomiast – zasilacz tego zestawu ma ksztalt bryly o profilu zblizonym do splaszczonego prostopa- dloscianu o podstawie prostokata z zaokraglonym jednym krótszym jego bokiem, posiadajacym okragle gniazdo wtykowe, przy czym górna jego powierzchnia posiada wysuwna jej czesc przyslaniajaca umieszczone pod nia baterie zasilajace diode LED, osadzona w korpusie uchwytu meblowego, natomiast przeciwlegla powierzchnia zaopatrzona jest w samoprzylepny element tasmowy, jak pokazano na materiale ilustracyjnym fig. 2 oraz na rysunku fig. 6 - 8.PL 19592 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 19592 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the industrial design: The industrial design is a set of an illuminated furniture handle with a power supply that powers the handle's LED diode, constituting a piece of furniture equipment. The new and original form of the industrial design is evident both in the shape of the furniture handle itself and in the shape of the power supply that supplies electricity to the LED diode located within the handle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material and in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a furniture handle with its power supply cable in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the power supply of this handle in a perspective view, Fig. 3 - the same furniture handle in a front view, Fig. 4 - the same furniture handle in a bottom view, Fig. 5 - the same furniture handle in a top view, Fig. 6 - the power supply of this handle in a top view, Fig. 7 - the same power supply in a side view, and Fig. 8 - the same power supply in a side view equipped with a plug socket. The illuminated furniture handle of the set according to the industrial design shown in the illustration material Fig. 1 and in the drawing Figs. 3-5 has the shape of a solid made of a metal body with a hollow interior, with the profile of an inverted truncated pyramid, which in the top view has the profile of a square frame, inside which a square insert made of matt white glass is placed, while in the flat square bottom of this metal body in its axis of symmetry there is one threaded mounting hole, and in one of its corners there is a round hole from which a power cable protrudes outwards, connected to an "LED" diode placed inside the body of this handle, the other end of which is provided with a cylindrical plug. The power supply unit of this holder has a shape similar to a flattened cuboid with a rectangular base and one shorter rounded side, which has a round plug socket. Its upper surface has a sliding part covering the batteries underneath that power the LED diode, embedded in the body of the furniture holder, while the opposite surface is equipped with a self-adhesive Velcro tape element. After attaching the furniture holder to the appropriate furniture element and gluing the power supply unit to it, the cylindrical plug of its power cable is inserted into the socket of this power supply unit, connected to the batteries located therein, as a result of which current is supplied to the LED diodes embedded in the body of the holder, causing its upper glass insert to illuminate. Essential features of the industrial design A set of an illuminated furniture handle with a power supply, used as equipment for doors, doors and drawers of furniture elements, shown in the illustration and in the drawings fig. 1 - 8, is characterized in that - the furniture handle of this set has the shape of a solid made of a body hollow inside, with the profile of an inverted truncated pyramid, which in a top view has the profile of a square frame, inside which a square insert is placed, while in the flat square bottom of this body in the axis of its symmetry there is one threaded mounting hole, and in one of its corners there is a round hole from which a power cable protrudes outwards, connected to an "LED" diode placed inside the body of this handle, the other end of which is provided with a cylindrical plug, as shown in the illustration fig. 1 and in the drawings fig. 3 - 5, and - the power supply of this set has the shape of a solid with a profile similar to a flattened cuboid with a rectangular base and one of its shorter sides rounded, having a round plug socket, while its upper surface has a sliding part covering the batteries placed underneath that power the LED diode, embedded in the body of the furniture handle, while the opposite surface is provided with a self-adhesive tape element, as shown in the illustration material Fig. 2 and in the drawing Fig. 6 - 8.
