Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kosz wystawienniczy przeznaczony do ekspozycji produktów firmowych, zwlaszcza konserw warzywnych. Kosz wystawienniczy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia kosz w widoku z boku, fig. 2 przedstawia kosz w widoku z przodu, do ekspozycji groszku, fig. 3 przedstawia kosz w widoku z tylu, do ekspozycji kukurydzy. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: 1. Kosz tekturowy, o ksztalcie bryly obrotowej, z pogrubionym obrzezem, nasladujacy otwarta puszke, jest przedzielony w srodku na dwie czesci. 2. Odpowiednio do wewnetrznego podzialu kosza, na zewnetrznej stronie, z jednej strony jest naniesiony wzór etykiety groszku, a z drugiej strony wzór etykiety kukurydzy. 3. Do srodka kosza, przymocowany jest toper imitujacy denko puszki z uchwytem do otwierania. 4. Toper przeznaczony jest do nanoszenia informacji cenowych o wystawianym produkcie. The display basket according to the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the basket from the side; Fig. 2 shows the basket from the front, for displaying peas; Fig. 3 shows the basket from the back, for displaying corn. The essential features of the industrial design are: 1. The cardboard basket, in the shape of a solid of revolution, with a thickened rim, imitating an open can, is divided into two parts in the middle. 2. Corresponding to the internal division of the basket, the outer side is decorated with a pea label design on one side and a corn label design on the other. 3. A topper imitating the bottom of a can with an opening handle is attached to the center of the basket. 4. The topper is intended for displaying price information about the displayed product.
