Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter pamiatka w postaci smoczka ozdobnego. Uchwyt o ksztalcie eliptycznym ma dwa ramiona rozszerzajace sie ku górze przechodzace w okragla tarcze zegarowa z oznaczonymi cyfrowo godzinami 3, 6, 9, 12 i pozostalymi godzinami oznaczonymi kropkami. Powierzchnia górna ramion uchwytu ma rzezbione kwietne ornamenty. Powierzchnia dolna uchwytu jest gladka przeznaczona do wygrawerowania imienia dziecka i ewentualnie daty urodzenia. Tarcza zegarowa jest przeznaczona do wygrawerowania wskazówek z godzina urodzenia dziecka. Gryzak pamiatki w postaci smoczka ozdobnego sklada sie z dwóch czesci, z których górna jest polaczona na stale przez przylutowanie do plytki ozdobnej. Dolna czesc gryzaka jest otwierana, polaczona zawiasem z czescia dolna gryzaka. Górna czesc gryzaka ma ksztalt lejka rozszerzajacego sie ku dolowi. The essence of the industrial design is a new and unique souvenir in the form of a decorative pacifier. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a view of the souvenir in the form of a decorative pacifier with a closed teether, Fig. 2 shows a view of the souvenir in the form of a decorative pacifier with an open teether, Fig. 3 shows the upper fixed part of the souvenir teether with the hinge pin removed, Fig. 4 shows the lower movable part of the souvenir teether, Fig. 5 shows the upper surface of the souvenir's decorative plate, and Fig. 6 shows the upper surface of the souvenir's handle with the hinge movably connecting the handle to the plate. This decorative pacifier souvenir consists of a handle connected to a decorative plate by a hinge and a teether with an opening, empty compartment, permanently mounted by soldering into a recess in the bottom surface of the decorative plate. The decorative plate is roughly ellipsoidal in shape, with its upper edge defined by a convex arc that merges into symmetrical, curved side edges, which in turn merge into a lower edge with a slight arc recess. The upper surface of the decorative plate has a protruding, circular surface in its center, with a horizontally positioned hinge connecting it to the handle. The entire surface of the plate is carved with ornaments depicting a child's face with short hair on one side and a child's face with long, curly locks on the other, with five-petalled flower ornaments between them. The elliptical handle has two arms that expand upwards, transforming into a circular clock face with the hours 3, 6, 9, and 12 marked numerically, and the remaining hours marked with dots. The upper surface of the handle arms is carved with floral ornaments. The lower surface of the handle is smooth and designed for engraving the child's name and optional date of birth. The clock face is designed for engraving the hands with the child's birth time. The keepsake teether in the form of a decorative pacifier consists of two parts, the upper part of which is permanently connected by soldering to the decorative plate. The lower part of the teether opens and is connected to the lower part of the teether by a hinge. The upper part of the teether is shaped like a funnel that widens downward. On one side of the upper part of the teether, a hinge is located on its lower edge, while on the opposite side, this edge has a slightly curved protrusion that acts as a closure for the movable lower part of the teether, which is positioned at an angle to the upper part. When the lower, inclined part of the teether is pressed and its edge is placed in the curved protrusion of the upper part, the teether closes. The funnel-shaped, hollow interior of the teether serves as a hiding place for the baby's baby tooth. The souvenir, in the form of a decorative pacifier, is made of silver or another metal or alloy.
