Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tacka do pieniedzy, zwlaszcza do bilonu, przeznaczo- na do ulatwienia zbierania pieniedzy, szczególnie przydatna przy zbieraniu bilonu lub przedmiotów o podobnej postaci. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i postaci tacki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiony jest na materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje tacke w widoku z boku, przy czym pojemnik tacki zajmuje polozenie swobodne - nie jest wychylony, fig. 2 - tacke w widoku z boku, przy czym pojemnik tacki zajmuje polozenie wychylone, fig. 3 - tacke w widoku czolowym, fig. 4 - tacke w widoku perspektywicznym. Tacka do pieniedzy, zwlaszcza bilonu wedlug wzoru przemyslowego utworzona jest z podstaw- ki majacej polozone po bokach wsporniki, do których uchylnie zamocowany jest pojemnik majacy w dolnej czesci prostokatna klapke, wyprowadzona z pojemnika do dolu. Polozone naprzeciw siebie boki podstawki skierowane sa do góry. Pojemnik stanowi figure o zaokraglonym dnie, otwarta od góry. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product manifested in the shape and form of the tray. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the tray from a side view, with the tray's container in a free position – not tilted; Fig. 2 shows the tray from a side view, with the tray's container in a tilted position; Fig. 3 shows the tray from a front view; Fig. 4 shows the tray from a perspective view. A money tray, particularly for coins, according to the industrial design consists of a base with side supports to which a container is pivotally attached. The container has a rectangular flap at the bottom, extending downward from the container. The opposing sides of the base face upward. The container is a figure with a rounded bottom and an open top. The container, viewed from the side, has a part of its outline formed by a gentle arc, with the bulge pointing downward. Money is collected by pushing the flap of the container from the inside with the fingers of the hand, which causes the container to tilt and the money inside to fall into the hand. The container has the form of a figure with a rounded bottom, open at the top. The side view of the container has part of its outline formed by a gentle arc with the bulge directed downwards.
