Description

Ewentualnie moga zawierac równiez man¬ gan, miedz, wolfram, wanad, tytan, glin, krzem albo cyrkon, kazdy oddzielnie lub wszystkie razem.Jako przyklady wykonania stopów sta¬ li, które nadaja sie zwlaszcza do wytwarza¬ nia przedmiotów wymienionych, podaje sie stopy, które albo przy zawartosci wegla okolo 0,15% zawieraja okolo 1—2,5% wolframu, 0,5 — 2% chromu i 0,4% molib¬ denu lub do 0,8% molibdenu i 1 % chromu.Skoro stopy stali, uzywane do wytwa¬ rzania podanych przedmiotów, zostaja u-lepszane, to wytrzymalosc przedmiotów w temperaturach wysokich zwieksza sie w stopniu wydatnym. PLThe subject of the invention is objects made of steel alloys that require high long-term strength, such as tanks, pipes, parts for building boilers and the like. Long-term strength is understood here as the resistance to mechanical loads, relatively high, occurring especially at high temperatures, e.g. 250-600 ° C. The invention is based on the fact that these objects are manufactured from steel alloys which withstand long-term stress tests, especially at higher temperatures. Steel alloys that contain up to 0.3% carbon, up to 2% chromium and up to 1% molybdenum are suitable for this purpose. They may also contain manganese, copper, tungsten, vanadium, titanium, aluminum, silicon or zirconium. each individually or all together. As examples of making the steels which are particularly suitable for the manufacture of the items mentioned, alloys are given which, with a carbon content of about 0.15%, contain about 1 to 2.5% of tungsten. 0.5 - 2% chromium and 0.4% molybdenum or up to 0.8% molybdenum and 1% chromium. Since the steel alloys used in the manufacture of the specified items are improved, the strength of the items at high temperatures it increases significantly. PL
