Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest ceramiczna urna na prochy sluzaca jako ozdobne naczynie do przechowywania prochów zmarlego po spaleniu (kremacji). Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zdobieniach powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach fig.1 i fig.2, które przedstawiaja urne na prochy w dwu róznych odmianach zdobniczych. Urna na prochy wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma postac zamykanego przykrywka ceramicznego naczynia o korpusie bedacym w ogólnym zarysie bryla obrotowa. Charakteryzuje sie tym, ze ma niska, zwezajaca sie ku górze podstawe przechodzaca w czesc srodkowa rozszerzajaca sie do góry po powierzchni stozka by na poziomie 0,55 do 0,80 wysokosci urny zaczac sie zdecydowanie zwezac po luku do wielkosci zblizonej do srednicywyokraglonej przykrywki zwienczonej od góry, posrodku blyszczacym uchwytem, jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach fig.l i fig.2. W pierwszej swej odmianie urna ma na bocznej powierzchni powyzej podstawy wglebienie z plaskorzezba przedstawiajaca postac placzacej kobiety, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 1. W drugiej swej odmianie urna ma na bocznej powierzchni powyzej podstawy wypukly ornament, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej fotografii fig.2. Urna moze miec na powierzchni szkliwo blyszczace lub wykonczenie matowe. Przewiduje sie rózne wersje kolorystyczne. Blyszczacy uchwyt sluzy do zdemontowania przykrywki. PL PL PLASHES URN The design registration right is valid from September 22, 2000. The design is for a ceramic ashes urn, serving as a decorative vessel for storing the ashes of a deceased person after cremation. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and surface decorations. The design is presented in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, which depict the ashes urn in two different decorative variations. The ashes urn, according to the design, takes the form of a ceramic vessel closed with a lid, with a body that is generally a solid of revolution. It is characterized by a low, tapering base that transitions into a central section that widens upwards along the cone's surface, and at a level of 0.55 to 0.80 of the urn's height, begins to taper sharply in an arc to a size similar to the diameter of the rounded lid, topped with a shiny handle in the center, as shown in the attached photographs, Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. In the first version, the urn has a recess on the side surface above the base with a relief depicting a weeping woman, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1. In the second version, the urn has a convex ornament on the side surface above the base, as shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 2. The urn may have a shiny glaze or a matte finish. Various color versions are available. The shiny handle is used to remove the cover. PL PL PL
