Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i zdobienia powierzchni. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines and surface decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17 in 10 variations. The urn for ashes according to the industrial design has the form of a metal (preferably aluminum or stainless steel) vessel with a body being a solid of revolution with a lid in a shape depending on the variant. The urn according to the design is a metal (preferably aluminum or stainless steel) vessel, narrower at the bottom, which widens upwards to 1/3 of the height of the urn; after reaching 1/3 of the height, the sides of the vessel rise vertically upwards, forming in the upper part a cylinder closed by a matching lid in a shape corresponding to the variant (Fig. 1). The urn according to the pattern can be additionally equipped with a base. The base is a characteristic inverted saucer. The space inside the saucer's inner rim is empty, and the inner rim itself is contoured to provide a stable base for the narrow base of the urn body (Fig. 2). Each of the ten varieties differs from the others in the shape of the lid and in whether it has a base or not. The varieties of the set of urns according to the industrial pattern are as follows: 1. Variety I - a dome-shaped lid is placed on the urn body, the base of which is a narrow rim with a diameter wider than the diameter of the upper part of the vessel, which, when closed, causes the underside of the lid to enclose the upper part of the body. The dome is connected to the lid base by a slight narrowing of the rim's diameter (Fig. 3 and Fig. 4). 2. Variety II - shows an urn identical to variety I placed on a base (Fig. 5). 3. Variety III - the urn's lid differs from that of variety I in that the dome constituting the lid has a truncated top, terminating in a flat surface (Fig. 6 and Fig. 7). 4. Variety IV - shows an urn identical to variety III placed on a base (Fig. 8). 5. Variety V - on the body of the urn, a lid is placed, the base of which is a narrow rim with a diameter wider than the diameter of the upper part of the vessel, which, when closed, causes the underside of the lid to surround the upper part of the body. The upper part of the lid, the closure of the urn, is an inner rim, closed at the top by a slightly convex plane.
