Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych fotografiach, przedstawiajacych odmiany komód, na których fig. 1 przedstawia komode z czterema szufladami w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2. przedstawia komode szeroka z szescioma szufladami w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.3 przedstawia komode waska z szescioma szufladami w widoku perspektywicznym oraz fig. 4 komode z dziewiecioma szufladami w widoku perspektywicznym. Komoda wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu. Komoda posiada blat wysuniety poza korpus, przy czym krawedz blatu z przodu i po obu bokach jest pocieniona i zaokraglona. Pod blatem bufetu znajduja sie szuflady. Komoda posiada dwie zdobione identycznie cylindryczne kolumny. Kolumny te umieszczone sa na calej wysokosci bufetu i dochodza do wysunietego poza obrys korpusu blatu. Czesc kolumny wzdluz calej jej dlugosci jest wycieta i ta wycieta czescia kolumna styka sie z czolem komody i jeg o bokiem.Kolumna komody od dolu sklada sie z czesci walcowej, która rozszerza sie, nastepnie sklada sie z ozdobnie uksztaltowanych zaokraglonych pierscieni, przy czym srednica zewnetrzna tych pierscieni maleje od dolu do góry kolumny a pomiedzy tymi pierscieniami sa zaokraglone przewezenia. Kolumna patrzac od góry tworzy glowice, która sklada sie z czesci walcowej, lukowego przewezenia, czesci walcowej i ponownie zaokraglonego pierscienia. Kolumny komody stykaja sie z dwoma zewnetrznymi nogami komody. Nogi zewnetrzne z przodu komody maja ksztalt prostopadloscianu a z tylu kuli.. Szuflady od czola posiadaja na obwodzie wzdluz krawedzi wyprofilowane zdobienia. Komode z czterema szufladami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pod blatem znajduje sie jedna niska szuflada górna a pod ta szuflada znajduje sie ozdobna ramka a pod nia znajduja sie trzy identyczne wyzsze szuflady. Komoda szeroka z szescioma szufladami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pod blatem znajduja sie trzy niskie szuflady górne, przy czym srodkowa jest szersza od dwóch bocznych identycznych a pod tymi szufladami znajduje sie ozdobna ramka a pod nia znajduja sie trzy identyczne wyzsze szuflady. Komoda waska z szescioma szufladami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pod blatem znajduje sie jedna niska szuflada górna, pod ta szuflada znajduje sie ozdobna ramka a pod nia znajduje sie identyczna jak nad ramka szuflada a ponizej cztery identyczne wyzsze szuflady. Komoda z dziewiecioma szufladami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze pod blatem znajduja sie trzy niskie szuflady górne, przy czym srodkowa jest szersza od dwóch bocznych identycznych a pod tymi szufladami znajduje sie ozdobna ramka a pod nia znajduja sie dwie identyczne waskie szuflady a pod nimi cztery wyzsze szuflady. A wide chest of drawers with six drawers is characterized by three low upper drawers under the top, with the middle drawer being wider than the two identical side drawers, with a decorative frame beneath these drawers, and three identical taller drawers beneath it. A narrow chest of drawers with six drawers is characterized by a single low top drawer under the top. Below this drawer is a decorative frame, and below it is a drawer identical to the one above the frame, and below that are four identical taller drawers. A nine-drawer chest of drawers is characterized by three low top drawers under the top, with the middle one being wider than the two identical side drawers. Below these drawers is a decorative frame, and below that are two identical narrow drawers, and below them are four taller drawers.
