The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, which is the effect of the original line of its contour and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, fig. 1 and fig. 2, which present subsequent varieties of the cross. Essential features of the industrial design. The cross according to the industrial design in variety I, as shown in illustration fig. 1, has a decorative element in the form of a cartouche formed by three semicircles on both ends of the horizontal arm and on the upper end of the vertical arm. On each of these cartouches there is an inscription and pictorial elements showing religious symbols. On the left cartouche of the horizontal arm, the inscription is the word DROGA, below which there is a pictorial element representing a chalice, while the pictorial element above the inscription represents a circle. The inscription on the right cartouche of the horizontal arm is the word PRAWDA, below which there is a pictorial element representing an open book, while the pictorial element above this inscription represents a bird in flight with rays radiating around it. On the cartouche located at the upper end of the vertical arm of the cross, there is an inscription in the form of the word ZYCIE. Above the inscription, there is a pictorial element in the form of an image of the sun's disc, from which rays radiate. Below the cartouche on the vertical arm of the cross, there is a tablet with the letters INRI. In the place where the vertical arm joins the horizontal arm, there is a circular shield, on the surface of which is the inscription I AM. The letters of the inscription are arranged in a circle along the circumference of the shield. Below the circular shield is a figure showing a human figure with a loincloth on the hips and hands raised upwards and spread along the horizontal arm. On the vertical arm of the cross, at a point about halfway up its height, there is a horizontally placed rectangular board, at the ends of which are the letters A (alpha) and O, and between these letters is the inscription MY LORD AND MY GOD. On the upper edge of this plate, symmetrically on both sides of the vertical arm of the cross, there are two figures representing human figures dressed in long robes. All figures, inscriptions and pictorial elements are made by carving in the material from which the cross, which is the subject of the industrial design, is made.
