Srednica obwodu podstawy sto zka dachu 4 jest wi eksza ni z srednica obwodu górnej kraw edzi górnej cz esci 3 bry ly obiektu tworz ac okap ponad t a górn a cz esci a 3. Wszystkie cz esci 1, 2, 3, 4 bry ly obiektu pokryte s a klepk a imituj ac a boazeri e. Drzwi wej sciowe 8 znaj- duj a si e w tylnej czesci bry ly obiektu, lecz umiejscowione s a w nierównej odleg lo sci k atowej od prawej i od lewej kraw edzi pó lki 7 pod oknem 5.PL 19097 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 19097 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a freestanding commercial facility intended for conducting commercial activities both outdoors and indoors, for example, inside large-scale facilities. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the object according to the design viewed from the sales window, and Fig. 2 shows a cross-section of the object along the A-A plane indicated in Fig. 1. As shown in Fig. 1, the object has a shape similar to a barrel or traditional highland sheep's cheese. The shape of the object shown in Fig. 1 was achieved by combining four main parts. The middle part 2 of the object is cylindrical, the lower part 1 is shaped like a sector of the surface of a simple cone tapering towards the base, and the upper part 3 is shaped like a sector of the surface of a simple cone tapering upward. The entire structure is covered by a fourth part of the object's body, in the form of a roof 4 in the shape of a simple cone. The circumference diameter of the middle part 2 of the object corresponds to the diameter of the upper edge of the lower part 1 of the object's body and the diameter of the lower edge of the upper part 3 of the object's body, according to the formula greater than the diameter of the upper edge of the upper part 3 of the object, creating a kind of eaves over this upper part 3 of the object. However, the height of the roof cone 4 is less than half the diameter of its base circumference. Roof 4 is therefore a simple cone of low height. The entire surface of the structure of the commercial facility according to the industrial design is covered with long planks imitating wainscoting. As shown in Fig. 1, in the central part 2 of the commercial facility according to the industrial design, there is a closed, hinged window 5, above window 5 is a horizontal canopy 6, and below the window is a horizontal shelf 7, which also constitutes the surface on which the purchase and sale operations take place. Figure 2 shows a cross-section of the object according to the industrial design of the plane A-A indicated in Figure 1. This drawing shows the shelf 7 visible also in Figure 1, but also shows the place of installation of the entrance door 8 to the object. As shown in Fig. 2, the door 8 is mounted in the rear part of the wall of the object according to the industrial design, however, it is not mounted symmetrically with respect to the shelf 7. Fig. 2 clearly shows that the door 8, schematically marked as a rectangle, is shifted circumferentially and is located on one side of the shelf 7 at a smaller angular distance from this shelf 7, while on the other side of the shelf 7 at a greater angular distance from this shelf. As shown in Fig. 2, one vertical edge of door 8 is at an angular distance of less than 90° from the adjacent side edge of shelf 7, while the other vertical edge of door 8 is at an angular distance of more than 180° from the other side edge of shelf 7. The numerical values of these angular distances may be different, but it is important that door 8 does not occupy a symmetrical position in relation to shelf 7 and window 5 above this shelf. The said entrance door 8 is also used for the delivery of products for sale. Essential features of the industrial design. The commercial facility is a three-dimensional, freestanding spatial structure with a window and entrance door, composed of four parts. The significant feature is that the lower part of the first structure is in the form of a sector of a simple cone tapering downward, the middle part of the second structure is in the form of a cylindrical ring, and the upper part of the third structure is in the form of a sector of a simple cone tapering upward. The fourth part of the facility, in the form of roof 4, is in the form of a simple cone with a height less than half the diameter of the cone's base circumference. The diameter of the circumference of the base of the roof cone 4 is greater than the diameter of the circumference of the upper edge of the upper part 3 of the object's body, creating an eaves above this upper part 3. All parts 1, 2, 3, 4 of the object's body are covered with a plank imitating wainscoting. The entrance door 8 is located in the rear part of the object's body, but is located at an unequal angular distance from the right and left edge of the shelf 7 under the window 5.
