The essence of the industrial design is the T-shirt's distinctive decoration. Previously known sports T-shirts are registered under registration number 13927, featuring distinctive decorations on the shoulders and sides of the shirt, front and back. Previously known are T-shirts with imitation appliqués, registered under registration number 14579, featuring distinctive narrow, vertical stripes and decorations on the sides of the shirt. Previously known are Adidas T-shirts with distinctive stripes. The T-shirt based on the design is decorated with a thick, 50 mm wide black stripe on the front, starting halfway down the left shoulder and descending diagonally to the lower right side of the shirt. The belt is stylized as a black sash. The shirt based on the pattern is shown in the front illustration in Fig. 1. SIGNIFICANT FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN A significant feature of the pattern is that the shirt is decorated with a thick, 50 mm wide black belt placed on the front of the shirt, starting halfway down the left shoulder of the shirt and falling diagonally to the lower right side of the shirt.
