Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest monolityczny slup, zwlaszcza oswietleniowy przeznaczony do montazu na nim oswietlania ulic, dróg, alei parkowych, róznego rodzaju placów i skwerów oraz obiektów typu flagi, znaki, tablice, ekrany, dodatki stylistyczne. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w jego monolitycznej postaci oraz ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracji, na której poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok monolitycznego slupa, zwlaszcza oswietleniowego w calosci, Fig. 1a - przedstawia widok powiekszonej podstawy monolitycznego slupa. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object manifested in its monolithic form and shape. The subject of the industrial design is presented in an illustration, in which the individual figures represent: Fig. 1 - a view of the monolithic pole, particularly a lighting pole, in its entirety; Fig. 1a - an enlarged view of the base of the monolithic pole. A monolithic column, especially a lighting column, possessing the essential features of an industrial design where the monolithic column has an integral circular base, and in a front view, it has the shape of a ring with rounded edges, which in the upper part smoothly transitions with a regular radius into the lower part of the column in the shape of a cylinder. In the central cylindrical part of the column there is an oval inspection door, and in the upper part there is a smooth, regular narrowing in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, above which the column is in the shape of a tapering cone.
