Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ogólnym ksztalcie, kolorystyce i grafice przykrywki, co nadaje mu indywidualny charakter. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej fotografii przedstawiajacej: fig. 1 - wzór w rzucie perspektywicznym. Pojemnik z przykrywka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wykonany z plastiku w ksztalcie zblizonym do prostopadloscianu o zaokraglonych bokach i charakterystycznie wygietej krawedzi z zabezpieczajaca opaska. Przykrywka pojemnika jest w kolorach czerwonym, czarnym i zóltym, które tworza nieregularnie rozmieszczone fale. W lewym górnym rogu przykrywki, umieszczone jest logo DROBIMEX z charakterystycznym kurczakiem. The essence of the industrial design is the novelty of the item, manifested in its overall shape, colors, and lid graphics, which give it a unique character. The industrial design is shown in the attached photograph showing: Fig. 1 - perspective view. The container with a lid, based on the industrial design, is made of plastic in a shape similar to a cuboid with rounded sides and a characteristically curved edge with a protective band. The container's lid is in red, black, and yellow, creating irregularly spaced waves. The DROBIMEX logo, featuring a distinctive chicken, is located in the upper left corner of the lid. Below the logo, a black oval bordered by two sickle-shaped lines, between which is the yellow inscription "Grillove" in a distinctive font and stylized flames along the edges of the letters. The word rises at a slight angle and is set against a stylized red heart, the outer edges of which form stylized flames. Below the word "Grillove" is a wavy red line, obscuring the lower part of the heart, which bears the white inscription "Spices Up." In the upper right part of the lid, the yellow inscription "Party MIX" in a distinctive font and stylized flames along the edges of the letters is placed, below which is the inscription "Grillowy kulek syszności" (grill bucket of deliciousness). Below the inscriptions are three chicken legs, garnished with a sprig of greens and pieces of vegetables. At the bottom of the lid, symmetrically along its shorter axis, is the inscription "barbet."
