Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta przeznaczona do oznaczania napojów. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych ilustracjach przedstawiajacych poszczególne odmiany wzoru, na których fig. 1 przedstawia etykiete w kolorze czerwonym, fig. 2 przedstawia etykiete w kolorze niebieskim, zas fig. 3 przedstawia etykiete w kolorze zóltym. Wykaz odmian: 1. Etykieta w kolorze czerwonym. 2. Etykieta w kolorze niebieskim. 3. Etykieta w kolorze zóltym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego etykieta sa nastepujace: 1. Etykieta podzielona jest na piec pól. 2. Pole pierwsze, trzecie i piate sa w kolorze czarnym. 3. Pole drugie i czwarte w odmianie pierwszej sa w kolorze czerwonym, w odmianie drugiej w kolorze niebieskim, w odmianie trzeciej w kolorze zóltym. 4. Na polu drugim i czwartym umieszczony jest napis „GO max isotonic sport drink". 5. Napis umieszczony jest w pionie. 6. Na polu trzecim znajduje sie jest wpisana w okrag grafika biegacza umieszczona pomiedzy dwiema strzalkami, przy czym strzalka górna w odmianie 1 jest koloru czerwonego, w odmianie drugiej koloru niebieskiego, w odmianie trzeciej koloru zóltego, natomiast strzalka dolna jest w kazdej odmianie koloru czerwonego. 7. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations presenting individual variants of the design, in which Fig. 1 shows the label in red, Fig. 2 shows the label in blue, and Fig. 3 shows the label in yellow. List of variants: 1. Red label. 2. Blue label. 3. Yellow label. The essential features of the industrial design label are as follows: 1. The label is divided into five halves. 2. The first, third, and fifth fields are black. 3. The second and fourth fields in the first variant are red, the second in blue, and the third in yellow. 4. The inscription "GO max isotonic sport drink" is placed in the second and fourth fields. 5. The inscription is placed vertically. 6. In the third field there is a graphic of a runner inscribed in a circle, placed between two arrows. The upper arrow in variant 1 is red, the second one is blue, the third one is yellow, and the lower arrow is red in all variants. 7.
