Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa przeznaczona do ochrony ukladu elektro- nicznego sterowanego zdalnie radiowo zawierajacego wyswietlacz. Istota wzoru polega na uksztaltowaniu obudowy z nakladki posiadajacej scianki boczne i górna zamontowana antena oraz podstawy posiadajacej konstrukcje do montazu ukladu elektronicznego zawierajacego wyswietlacz, scianke zamykajaca nakladke i wspornik do montazu obudowy do zewnetrznej konstrukcji nosnej. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe urzadzenia elektronicznego sterowanego zdalnie radiowo. Obudowa jest zbudowana z nakladki 1 posiadajacej scianki boczne oraz górna, z zamontowana antena 2 oraz podstawy 3 posiadajacej konstrukcje do montazu ukladu elektronicznego 4 zawierajacego wyswietlacz 5, scianke zamykajaca nakladke i wspornik do montazu obudowy do zewnetrznej konstrukcji nosnej. Obudowa zostala zaprojektowana do ukladu elektronicznego sterowanego zdalnie radiowo lacznika elektronicznego z sygnalizacja stanu lacznika oraz wyswietlaniem numeru nadajnika sterujacego. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego wyrózniajaca zglaszany wzór od innych znanych juz wzorów i stanowiaca podstawe do jego identyfikacji jest uksztaltowanie obudowy do ukladu elektronicznego sterowanego zdalnie radiowo w ksztalcie nakladki posiadajacej scianki boczne i górna zamontowana antena oraz podstawy posiadajacej konstrukcje do montazu ukladu elektronicznego z wyswietlaczem, scianke zamykajaca nakladke i wspornik do montazu obudowy do zewnetrznej konstrukcji nosnej. The essence of the design consists in shaping the housing from a cover with side walls and a top-mounted antenna, and a base with a structure for mounting the electronic system containing the display, a wall enclosing the cover, and a bracket for mounting the housing to an external supporting structure. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the housing of a remotely controlled electronic device. The housing is constructed from a cover 1 with side walls and a top-mounted antenna 2, and a base 3 with a structure for mounting the electronic system 4 containing a display 5, a wall enclosing the cover, and a bracket for mounting the housing to an external supporting structure. The housing was designed for a remotely controlled electronic circuit of a radio-controlled electronic switch with switch status indication and a control transmitter number display. A significant feature of the industrial design that distinguishes the submitted design from other known designs and provides the basis for its identification is the shape of the housing for the remotely controlled electronic circuit in the shape of a cover with side walls and a top-mounted antenna, as well as a base with a structure for mounting the electronic circuit with a display, a wall enclosing the cover, and a bracket for mounting the housing to an external supporting structure.
