Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zabawka w postaci zestawu znaków drogowych, korzystnie wykonanych z tworzywa sztucznego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zabawki w postaci zestawu znaków drogowych, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku na którym: fig. 1 - przedstawia znak drogowy z tarcza w ksztalcie okregu w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 2 - znak z tarcza w ksztalcie szesciokata foremnego w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 3 - znak z tarcza w ksztalcie trójkata w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 4 - znak z tarcza w ksztalcie kwadratu w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 5 - znak z tarcza w ksztalcie prostokata w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 6 - znak z tarcza w ksztalcie umieszczonego poziomo prostokata w widoku perspektywicznym; fig. 7 - znak z tarcza w ksztalcie umieszczonego poziomo prostokata zakonczonego strzalka; fig. 8 - znak w postaci lampy drogowej. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Znaki drogowe stanowiace zestaw - przedstawione na fig. 1 do fig. 8 - sa wyposazone w nózke w ksztalcie walca. Dolna krawedz nózki jest nieznacznie zaokraglona. U góry znaki sa zaopatrzone w tarcze o róznym ksztalcie, wzglednie stylizowana lampe. Krawedzie tarcz sa nieznacznie zaokraglone. Powierzchnia czolowa tarcz jest zaopatrzona w wypukle obrzeze. Grubosc tarcz jest nieco wieksza niz srednica nózki. Znak drogowy przedstawiony na fig. 1 posiada tarcze w ksztalcie okregu. Znak drogowy przedstawiony na fig. 2 posiada tarcze w ksztalcie szesciokata foremnego, przy czym nózka jest przymocowana na srodku jednego z boków szesciokata. Znak drogowy przedstawiony na fig. 3 posiada tarcze w ksztalcie trójkata równobocznego, przy czym nózka jest przymocowana na srodku jednej z podstaw trójkata. Znak drogowy przedstawiony na fig. 4 posiada tarcze w ksztalcie kwadratu, przy czym nózka jest przymocowana na srodku jednego z boków kwadratu. Znak drogowy przedstawiony na fig. 5 posiada tarcze w ksztalcie prostokata, przy czym nózka jest przymocowana na srodku jednego z krótszych boków prostokata. Powierzchnia czolowa tarczy jest u góry zaopatrzona w zgrubienie w ksztalcie wycinka kola. Znak drogowy przedstawiony na fig. 6 posiada tarcze w ksztalcie prostokata umieszczonego poziomo wzgledem nózki, przy czym nózka jest przymocowana na srodku jednego z dluzszych boków prostokata. Znak drogowy przedstawiony na fig. 7 posiada tarcze w ksztalcie umieszczonego poziomo wzgledem nózki prostokata, zaopatrzonego w jeden krótszy bok w postaci strzalki. Nózka jest przymocowana na srodku jednego z dluzszych boków prostokata. Znak drogowy przedstawiony na fig. 8 ma postac lampy drogowej i posiada nózke wyposazona w dolnej czesci w stozkowy kolnierz. U góry nózka laczy sie pod lekko rozwartym katem z podluzna oprawa lampy. Szerokosc oprawy lampy jest w przyblizeniu równa srednicy nózki. The essence of the design is a new form of a toy in the form of a set of road signs, manifested in their shape. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which: fig. 1 - shows a road sign with a shield in the shape of a circle in a perspective view; fig. 2 - a sign with a shield in the shape of a regular hexagon in a perspective view; fig. 3 - a sign with a shield in the shape of a triangle in a perspective view; fig. 4 - a sign with a shield in the shape of a square in a perspective view; fig. 5 - a sign with a shield in the shape of a rectangle in a perspective view; fig. 6 - a sign with a shield in the shape of a horizontally placed rectangle in a perspective view; fig. 7 - a sign with a shield in the shape of a horizontally placed rectangle ending with an arrow; Fig. 8 - a sign in the form of a road lamp. Essential features of the industrial design: The road signs constituting the set - shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 8 - are equipped with a cylindrical leg. The lower edge of the leg is slightly rounded. At the top, the signs are provided with a disc of a different shape, or a stylized lamp. The edges of the discs are slightly rounded. The front surface of the discs is provided with a convex rim. The thickness of the discs is slightly greater than the diameter of the leg. The road sign shown in Fig. 1 has a disc in the form of a circle. The road sign shown in Fig. 2 has a disc in the form of a regular hexagon, with the leg being attached in the middle of one of the sides of the hexagon. The road sign shown in Fig. 3 has a shield in the shape of an equilateral triangle, with the leg being attached to the centre of one of the bases of the triangle. The road sign shown in Fig. 4 has a shield in the shape of a square, with the leg being attached to the centre of one of the sides of the square. The road sign shown in Fig. 5 has a shield in the shape of a rectangle, with the leg being attached to the centre of one of the shorter sides of the rectangle. The front surface of the shield is provided at the top with a bulge in the shape of a segment of a circle. The road sign shown in Fig. 6 has a shield in the shape of a rectangle placed horizontally in relation to the leg, with the leg being attached to the centre of one of the longer sides of the rectangle. The road sign shown in Fig. 7 has a disc in the shape of a rectangle placed horizontally in relation to the leg, provided with one shorter side in the form of an arrow. The leg is attached in the middle of one of the longer sides of the rectangle. The road sign shown in Fig. 8 has the form of a road lamp and has a leg equipped with a conical collar in the lower part. At the top, the leg connects at a slightly obtuse angle with the elongated lamp housing. The width of the lamp housing is approximately equal to the diameter of the leg.
