Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw elementów montazowych tworzacy oslone zaluzjowa do zewnetrznej lodówki, która umieszczana jest na zewnatrz budynków sklepów i marketów do korzystania przez konsumentów, a na okres nocny lodówka musi byc oslonieta zamykana zaluzja. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu elementów montazowych do oslony zaluzjowej do zewnetrznej lodówki, w celu jej pewnego zamkniecia na okres nocny, która charakteryzuje sie oryginalnym ksztaltem zestawu, skladajacym sie z czterech elementów - czesci, tworzacych po zainstalowaniu na lodówce oslone zaluzjowa. Przedmiot wzoru w postaci czterech elementów przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach na których: 1) Fig. 1 pokazuje w postaci rysunku perspektywicznego element montazowy, stanowiacy zespól prowadnic górnych, 2) Fig. 2 pokazuje w postaci rysunku perspektywicznego element montazowy, stanowiacy zespól prowadnic drzwiowych, 3) Fig. 3 pokazuje w postaci rysunku w rzucie od czola element montazowy, stanowiacy zaluzje, która w czesci dolnej wyposazona jest w uchwyt do skobla, 4) Fig. 4 pokazuje w postaci rysunku w postaci dwóch rzutów element montazowy, stanowiacy skobel. Polaczenie elementów montazowych tworzacych oslone zaluzjowa na zewnetrznej lodówce przedstawiono na zalaczonych ilustracjach na których: 5) Fig. 5 pokazuje w postaci rysunku w rzucie bocznym widok zamontowanego zespolu prowadnic górnych i zespolu prowadnic drzwiowych na lodówce. 6) Fig. 6. pokazuje w postaci rysunku widok od czola na lodówce zamontowanych elementów stanowiacych prowadnice górne i drzwiowe oraz zamontowana zaluzje, która w czesci dolnej poprzez uchwyt polaczona jest ze skoblem za pomoca klódki, 7) Fig. 7 pokazuje w postaci rysunku widok zamontowanych elementów na lodówce po otwarciu zaluzji. Zestaw elementów montazowych oslony zaluzjowej, pokazany na fig. 1 do 4 i po zamontowaniu na lodówce na fig. 5 do 7, stanowi wytwór zlozony z czterech czesci oznaczonych jak podano nizej: 1) 1 - zaluzja, 2) 2 - zespól dwóch prowadnic górnych zaluzji, 3) 3 - zespól prowadnic drzwiowych zaluzji, 4) 4 - skobel. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, które wyrózniaja zgloszony przedmiotowy wzór od innych, znanych juz zestawów elementów do oslony zaluzjowej lodówek zewnetrznych i stanowia podstawe do jego identyfikacji, charakteryzuja sie tym, ze: 1) zespól prowadnic górnych zaluzji 2 sklada sie z dwóch prowadnic, z których kazda ma ksztalt w czesci górnej, w widoku bocznym, postac palaka, którego jedno z ramion biegnie ku dolowi pod katem ostrym w stosunku do pionu, jak pokazano na fig. 1 2) zespól prowadnic drzwiowych 3 ma postac ramy zlozonej z dwóch prowadnic polaczonych u góry i na dole wspornikiem, jak pokazano na fig. 2, 3) zarówno zespól prowadnic górnych 2, jak i zespól prowadnic drzwiowych 3 uformowany jest z ceownika o tym samym ksztalcie, jak pokazano na fig. 1 i fig. 2, 4) zaluzja 1 w czesci dolnej wyposazona jest w uchwyt 5 do skobla 4, umozliwiajacy zamkniecie zaluzji 1 na klódke, jak pokazano na fig. 3 i 6.PL 18908 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 18908 4PL 18908 5PL 18908 6 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a set of mounting elements that form a louvered cover for an outdoor refrigerator, which is placed outside of shops and supermarkets for consumer use. At night, the refrigerator must be covered with a lockable shutter. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of mounting elements for a louvered cover for an outdoor refrigerator, to securely close it at night. The set is characterized by its original shape, consisting of four elements – parts that, when installed on the refrigerator, create a louvered cover. The subject of the design in the form of four elements is presented in the attached illustrations, in which: 1) Fig. 1 shows a perspective drawing of a mounting element constituting a set of upper guides, 2) Fig. 2 shows a perspective drawing of a mounting element constituting a set of door guides, 3) Fig. 3 shows a front view drawing of a mounting element constituting a blind, which is equipped with a staple holder in the lower part, 4) Fig. 4 shows a drawing in the form of two views of a mounting element constituting a staple. The connection of the mounting elements forming the blind cover on the external refrigerator is presented in the attached illustrations, in which: 5) Fig. 5 shows a side view drawing of the installed set of upper guides and the set of door guides on the refrigerator. 6) Fig. 6. shows a frontal view of the refrigerator with the top and door guides and the installed blind, which is connected to a hasp in the lower part via a handle with a padlock. 7) Fig. 7. shows a view of the refrigerator with the blinds installed after the blinds are opened. The set of mounting elements for the blind cover, shown in Figs. 1 to 4 and after mounting on the refrigerator in Figs. 5 to 7, is a product composed of four parts marked as follows: 1) 1 - blind, 2) 2 - set of two top blind guides, 3) 3 - set of door blind guides, 4) 4 - hasp.
