Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest regal ekspozycyjno- kasowy wykorzystywany zwlaszcza w punktach sprzedazy deta- licznej prasy i ksiazek. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, prze- jawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i barwie, którenadaja regalowi wedlug wzoru swoisty, oryginalny i este- tyczny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zala- czonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedsta- wia widok perspektywiczny regalu ekspozycyjno-kasowego z boku, fig. 2 - widok czesci regalu ekspozycyjno-kasowego z przodu. Regal ekspozycyjno-kasowy, wedlug wzoru zdobniczego charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest ustawiony na wystajacym do przodu prostopadlosciennym cokole w kolorze czerwonym, któ- ry ma dolna krawedz przednia ukosnie scieta, przy czym czesc cokolu znajdujaca sie przed regalem jest wysunieta na odleglosc zblizona do dlugosci dolnej krawedzi sciany bocz- nej regalu. Regal jest podzielony pionowymi scianami bocz- nymi na segmenty stanowiace jego oddzielne elementy. Sciany boczne segmentów maja uwypuklone przednie krawedzie, a ich tylne krawedzie maja ksztalt linii lamanej skladajacej sie z dwóch prostopadlych do podstawy odcinków górnego krótsze- go i dolnego dluzszego polaczonych odcinkiem do nich sko- snym.. Na górnych krawedziach scian bocznych znajduje sie blat, który ma zagiete do góry brzegi. Pomiedzy kazda para scian bocznych w segmentach znajduja sie, umiejscowione ka- skadowo jedna pod druga pólki majace w przyblizeniu ksztalt litery L. Pólki sa ustawione dluzszym bokiem skosnie do do- lu oraz maja brzeg boku krótszego zakonczony skierowana dogóry czerwona listwa dekoracyjna. W górnej czesci segmentu znajduje sie, wystajaca ponad blat pólka, ulokowana wzdluz calej dlugosci segmentu. Pólka ma ksztalt litery L, jest ustawiona dluzszym bokiem skosnie do dolu oraz ma brzeg bo- ku krótszego zakonczony skierowana do góry listwa dekora- cyjna, zawierajaca umieszczony na czerwonym tle bialy na- pis . PL PL PLDisplay and Checkout Shelf The right to register the ornamental design has been in effect since August 20, 1999. The subject of the ornamental design is a display and checkout shelf used particularly in retail outlets selling press and books. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, and color, which give the shelf, as designed, a unique, original, and aesthetic appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the display and checkout shelf from the side, and Fig. 2 - a front view of part of the display and checkout shelf. The display and checkout shelf, according to its decorative design, is characterized by being set on a forward-projecting, red, rectangular plinth with a diagonally cut lower front edge, with the part of the plinth extending forward by a distance approximately equal to the length of the lower edge of the shelf's side wall. The shelf is divided by vertical side walls into segments constituting its separate components. The side walls of the segments have convex front edges, and their rear edges are shaped like a broken line consisting of two perpendicular sections: a shorter upper section and a longer lower section, connected by a diagonal section. A top with upwardly folded edges is located on the upper edges of the side walls. Between each pair of side walls in the segments, cascading shelves are arranged one below the other, roughly in the shape of the letter L. The shelves are arranged with their longer side diagonally downward and have a decorative strip on the shorter side, ending with an upward-facing red strip. At the top of the segment, a shelf extends above the tabletop, extending along the entire length of the segment. The shelf is L-shaped, with its longer side diagonally downward and a decorative strip on the shorter side, ending with an upward-facing strip containing white lettering on a red background. PL PL PL
