Przeznaczona jest do zastosowania jako srodek przymusu bezposredniego do uzycia wobec osób zagrazajacych swoja agresja fizyczna otoczeniu lub samym sobie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na dolaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, który przedstawia zdjecia uprzezy usztywniajaco-zabezpieczajacej w róznych funkcjonalnych ulozeniach. I tak: Fig. 1 - przedstawia widok perspektywiczny rozlozonej uprzezy usztywniajaco-zabezpieczajacej widzianej od tylu w gotowosci do zalozenia na osobe. Dlugosc szelek regulowana jest z tylu klamra. Pas glówny 5 spiety jest z przodu klamra zatrzaskowa 12, dlugosc pasa jest regulowana z tylu na odcinkach kompensacyjnych, które spiete tworza uchwyt kotwiczny. Szelki 1 i pas glówny 5 krzyzuja sie w miejscach ustalonych regulatorami. Koncówki szelek i petli pachwinowych spinane sa klamrami 13. Czesc nozna wpinana jest do petli pachwinowych klamrami 14. It is intended for use as a means of direct coercion against individuals who pose a physical threat to others or themselves. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which presents photos of the restraining and protective harness in various functional positions. For example: Fig. 1 - a perspective view of the unfolded restraining and protective harness, viewed from the rear, ready to be placed on the person. Fig. 2 - shows the restraining and protective harness from the front after being adjusted and fastened to the person in a forced sitting position with the leg section attached, which in this case is an alternative, but mandatory, use for standing and lying positions. The industrial design stiffening and protective harness has the features of an industrial design, which is characterized by the fact that it consists of an appropriate number of sections of textile tape connected with snap buckles and adjusters, as well as rubber pads that cushion the pressure of the tape and joints in particularly sensitive areas. The harness consists of: shoulder straps 1, groin loops 2 to which the leg section 3 is attached. The shoulder straps are connected in the upper part with a yoke 4, which serves as a stand-up collar, in the middle part with a main belt 5, at the intersection of which with the shoulder straps there are hand grips 6, the leg section ends with leg grips 7, a fastening buckle 8 and an anchor lug 9. The complementary element of the harness is an anchor strap 10, not shown in the photograph, having loops at the ends for attachment between two fixed attachment points, to which the anchor lugs of the harness are attached, located in the rear part of the main belt 5 and on the yoke 4, not visible in the photograph, and on the leg section marked 9. The yoke 4 is fastened at the front with a snap buckle 11 and an adjuster. The collar size is adjustable to fit the neck circumference or to be worn on the chin using a compensating section. The shoulder strap length is adjusted at the back with a buckle. The main belt 5 is fastened at the front with a snap buckle 12. The belt length is adjusted at the back using compensating sections, which, when fastened together, form an anchor point. The shoulder straps 1 and the main belt 5 intersect at points determined by the adjusters. The ends of the harness and groin loops are fastened with buckles 13. The leg section is attached to the groin loops with buckles 14. The essential features of the industrial design are: a spatial arrangement resulting from the combination of appropriately length textile belts, adjustable with regulators and fastened with buckles, which, when placed on a person and activated, completely immobilize them in a standing, sitting, or lying position without limiting basic body functions.
