Przedmiot wzoru przemys lowego przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 pokazuje po- jemnik znicza w widoku bocznym, fig. 2 - fragment korpusu pojemnika w powi ekszeniu, fig. 3 - pojem- nik znicza w widoku z góry bez pokrywki. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the shape of the container and the surface decoration of the body. The industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the candle holder from a side view, Fig. 2 - an enlarged fragment of the container body, and Fig. 3 - the candle holder from above without the lid. The grave candle container, according to the industrial design, is made of a body with a head at the top, onto which a lid can be placed or screwed on, and a base at the bottom. The body in general view has the form of a solid made of a convex part passing at the bottom into an inclined surface and a low and narrow cylindrical part. On the surface of the convex part of the body there are decorative elements protruding above the surface. At the top of this part there is an ornament made of oval elements with congruent vertical sides, forming a circumferential strip with a wavy, bulging upper and lower line. In the center of this part there is a large heart and a branch topped with leaves. At the bottom of this part, there are small hearts spaced apart. The lower edge of the body part terminates in a circumferential surface with bulges pointing outward and downward. On the inclined surface and in the narrow cylindrical part, there are vertical, protruding stripes arranged around the circumference. In a side view, the upper part of the body has a shape formed by a low rectangle, transforming into a figure close to a trapezoid, with convex sides that merge into a recess in the rounded lower rim, transforming into a low trapezoid that tapers downward, then transforming into a rectangle. The body, viewed from above, has an external shape in the form of a circle with a marked, centrally located smaller circle. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The body of the candle holder, viewed from above, has the form of a solid composed of a convex part transitioning towards the bottom through an inclined surface into a low and narrow cylindrical part. 2. On the surface of the convex part of the body there are decorative elements protruding above the surface. At the top of this part there is an ornament composed of oval elements with congruent vertical sides, forming a circumferential strip with a wavy, bulging upper and lower line.
