Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zlacze, przeznaczone w szczególnosci do laczenia elementów rurowych z poprzecznymi otworami przelotowymi, w które mozna wsuwac korpus zlacza. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac zlacza, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ornamentacji. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w trzech odmianach jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia pierwsza odmiane zlacza, Fig. 2 przedstawia druga odmiane zlacza, a Fig. 3 przedstawia trzecia odmiane zlacza. Zlacze w pierwszej odmianie, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, ma cylindryczny korpus oraz przylaczony do niego ruchomy druciany zaczep w ksztalcie litery U. Koniec jednego ramienia zaczepu jest przymocowany uchylnie do jednego z konców korpusu, koniec drugiego ramienia jest zaczepialny na drugim koncu korpusu. Na korpus naniesiona jest ornamentacja w postaci napisu „OLAN". Srodkowa czesc zaczepu pomiedzy ramionami zaczepu jest prosta. Druga odmiana przedstawiona na Fig. 2 rózni sie od pierwszej odmiany tym, ze srodkowa czesc zaczepu pomiedzy ramionami zaczepu ma wybrzuszenie w kierunku na zewnatrz zaczepu. Trzecia odmiana przedstawiona na Fig. 3 rózni sie od poprzednich odmian tym, ze srodkowa czesc zaczepu pomiedzy ramionami zaczepu ma podwójne wybrzuszenie w kierunku na zewnatrz zaczepu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego stanowi to, ze zlacze ma cylindryczny korpus oraz przylaczony do niego ruchomy druciany zaczep w ksztalcie litery U, przy czym koniec jednego ramienia zaczepu jest przymocowany uchylnie do jednego z konców korpusu, a koniec drugiego ramienia jest zaczepialny na drugim koncu korpusu, natomiast na korpus naniesiona jest orna- mentacja w postaci napisu „OLAN". W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego srodkowa czesc zaczepu pomiedzy ramionami zaczepu jest prosta. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego srodkowa czesc zaczepu pomiedzy ramionami zaczepu ma wybrzuszenie w kierunku na zewnatrz zaczepu. W trzeciej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego srodkowa czesc zaczepu pomiedzy ramionami zaczepu ma podwójne wybrzuszenie w kierunku na zewnatrz zaczepu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the connector, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The industrial design is shown in three variations in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first variation of the connector, Fig. 2 shows the second variation of the connector, and Fig. 3 shows the third variation of the connector. The connector in the first variation, as shown in Fig. 1, has a cylindrical body and a movable U-shaped wire hook attached to it. The end of one arm of the hook is pivotally attached to one end of the body, while the end of the other arm is hookable to the other end of the body. The body is ornamented with the inscription "OLAN." The central part of the catch between the catch arms is straight. The second variant shown in Fig. 2 differs from the first variant in that the central part of the catch between the catch arms has a bulge towards the outside of the catch. The third variant shown in Fig. 3 differs from the previous variants in that the central part of the catch between the catch arms has a double bulge towards the outside of the catch. The essential features of the industrial design are that the connector has a cylindrical body and a movable U-shaped wire catch connected thereto, wherein the end of one catch arm is pivotally attached to one end of the body, and the end of the other arm is hookable to the other end of the body, while the body is ornamented with the inscription "OLAN". In the first variant of the industrial design, the central part of the catch between the catch arms is straight. In the second variant of the industrial design, the central part of the catch between the catch arms has a bulge towards the outside of the catch. In the third variant of the industrial design, the central part of the catch between the catch arms has a double bulge towards the outside of the catch.
