Abstract
Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób lokalizacji miejsca o zmniejszonej rezystancji izolacji w sieci prądu stałego, stosowany szczególnie w sieciach zasilających urządzenia elektroenergetycznej automatyki zabezpieczeniowej. The subject of the invention is a method of locating a place with reduced insulation resistance in a DC network, used in particular in networks supplying power protection automation devices.
There is a known method of detecting a place with reduced insulation resistance in a DC network, which consists in comparing the readings of two voltmeters installed in the network, a network pole is determined between which there is a place with reduced insulation resistance and then a line directly supplying it is established. the place by switching it off, then approximately the point of the reduced insulation resistance is indicated on this switched off line. One of the voltmeters is connected between the negative pole of the network and earth, and the other voltmeter is connected between the positive pole of the network and earth. The pole of the network between which there is a place of reduced resistance to the ground determines the voltmeter which shows the lower voltage value. The line directly supplying the place with reduced insulation resistance is established by sequentially disconnecting the power supply of individual lines while supplying the remaining lines of the network. On the line disconnected from the network, a place with reduced insulation resistance is indicated visually or by means of a fault locating device.
Wskazanie miejsca o zmniejszonej rezystancji izolacji znanym sposobem wymaga przerwy w zasilaniu energią elektryczną, zakłóca normalne warunki eksploatacji sieci, a tym samym prawidłową pracę odbiorników zasilanych z sieci. The known method of locating a place with reduced insulation resistance poses a serious threat to the safety of personnel and devices powered from this network, and the results are subject to a large error. Identifying a place with reduced insulation resistance using the known method requires a break in the power supply, disrupts the normal operating conditions of the network, and thus the correct operation of the receivers supplied from the network.
Istota sposobu lokalizacji miejsca o zmniejszonej rezystancji według wynalazku polega na tym, że w dowolnym miejscu sieci włącza się źródło napięcia przemiennego między ziemię i biegun sieci między którym, a ziemią występuje miejsce o zmniejszonej rezystancji,The essence of the method of locating a place of reduced resistance according to the invention consists in the fact that at any point in the network a source of alternating voltage is connected between the ground and the pole of the network, between which there is a place with reduced resistance,
Then, with the differential current measuring instrument, both conductors of successive network lines are simultaneously covered, the value of the differential current is read and compared, and the part of the network line in which the forced alternating current flows is determined and the differential current measuring instrument is moved along this part of the line of the network in which the forced alternating current flows, the place of the forcing of alternating current is located. Preferably, a system is used as the source of alternating voltage, in which one generator output connects to one transformer input, and the second generator output connects to the second transformer input, and one transformer output connects to the ground and its other output connects to through a capacitor with this pole of the network between which there is a place with reduced insulation resistance between it and the ground.
Generator wytwarza sygnał przemienny sinusoidalnie o regulowanej amplitudzie i częstotliwości. Transformator izoluje galwanicznie generator od badanej sieci, kondensator umożliwia równoległe włączenie do badanej sieci. The generator produces a sinusoidal alternating signal with adjustable amplitude and frequency. The transformer galvanically isolates the generator from the tested network, the capacitor enables parallel connection to the tested network.
Locating a place with reduced insulation resistance in a DC network with the method according to the invention is carried out during the network operation without disconnecting individual lines and receivers, and at the same time without endangering the personnel and the receivers to the lack of supply voltage. The apparatus used to locate a place with a reduced resistance value by the method according to the invention does not change the structure of the network equipment and, moreover, does not disturb the operating conditions of the network, thus it does not affect the correct operation of the receivers supplied from the network.
1 przedstawia schemat układu do lokalizacji miejsca o zmniejszonej rezystancji izolacji w sieci prądu stałego, a fig. 2 przedstawia źródło napięcia przemiennego w rozgałęzionej sieci prądu stałego. The subject matter of the invention in an exemplary embodiment is explained in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a diagram of a system for locating a place with reduced insulation resistance in a DC network, and Fig. 2 shows an AC voltage source in a branched DC network.
The method of the invention uses two voltmeters V1, V2, an alternating voltage source P and a clamp ammeter to locate a place with reduced insulation resistance. The source of alternating voltage P is a system in which one output of the generator G is connected to one input of the transformer T, and the second output of the generator G connects to the second input of transformer T, and one output of transformer T connects to the ground, and its other output connects through the capacitor C to this pole B - of the network between which there is a place M with reduced insulation resistance R. Both voltmeters Vl, V2 are connected to the direct current network consisting of a direct current source Z, eight lines Ll, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6, L7, L8, connected in three nodes Wl, W2, W3 and five receivers Ol, 02, 03, 04, 05.
Woltomierz V2 wskazujący napięcie o mniejszej wartości napięcia wyznacza ujemny biegun sieci B- między którym, a ziemią występuje miejsce o zmniejszonej rezystancji izolacji. One voltmeter V1 is connected between the negative pole of the B- network and earth, and the other voltmeter V2 is connected between the positive pole of the B + network and earth. Readings of both voltmeters Vl and V2 are read and the values of the measured voltages are compared. The V2 voltmeter showing the voltage with the lower voltage value determines the negative pole of the B-network, between which there is a place with reduced insulation resistance between and the ground. Then, an alternating voltage source P in the node W2 is connected between the negative pole of the network B- determined in this way and the ground. In this way, the alternating current I is forced to flow in a circuit made up of an alternating voltage source P, a part of the line W2-M between node W2 and a site M with reduced insulation resistance R, and ground connected in series. The clamps K of the ammeter A cover simultaneously both conductors of successive lines of the network L4, L5, L6, coming from the node W2, and then the indications of the ammeter A are read and compared. The ammeter A, indicating the presence of the forced alternating current I, thus marks the line L5 along which forced alternating current I. Then the clamps K of the ammeter A are placed successively on the lines L5, L7, L8 coming from node W3, the indications of the ammeter A are read, thus indicating the presence of the forced alternating current I in the line L8 supplying the receiver 05. Ammeter A moves following the supply line of the receiver 05 towards this receiver 05, it reads the value of the forced current I and locates the place M where the forced alternating current disappears. Site M is a localized spot with reduced insulation resistance in the DC network.
