Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest maska ciagnika rolniczego. Jest ona przeznaczona do oslony czesci przedniej ciagnika rolniczego lub lesnego. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie zarysu linii. Maska ciagnika rolniczego stanowi jednolita pokrywe, majaca w rzucie pionowym ksztalt prostokatny, opadajaca na boki i do przodu. Maska wykonana jest z tworzywa sztucznego, zwanego laminatem. Od strony kabiny (tyl maski) i od spodu maska jest otwarta (fot. 5). W czesci przedniej lewej scianki bocznej i przedniej prawej scianki bocznej maska posiada trapezowe elementy z siatki metalowej (fot. 2, fot. 3). W czesci górnej zewnetrznej maski widoczne jest wklesle przetloczenie (fot. 4). Brzegi przetloczenia tworza dwie wypukle podluzne krawedzie poprowadzone przez cala dlugosc maski, zas w centralnej czesci maski z przodu element w ksztalcie trapezu równoramiennego, wykonanego z blachy perforowanej. It is intended to cover the front part of an agricultural or forestry tractor. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of the outline of the lines. The hood of an agricultural tractor is a uniform cover, rectangular in vertical projection, falling to the sides and forward. The hood is made of plastic, called laminate. The hood is open from the side of the cabin (back of the hood) and from the bottom (photo 5). In the front part of the left side wall and the front right side wall, the hood has trapezoidal elements made of metal mesh (photo 2, photo 3). In the upper outer part of the hood, a concave embossment is visible (photo 4). The edges of the embossing form two convex longitudinal edges running along the entire length of the bonnet, while in the central part of the bonnet at the front there is an element in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, made of perforated sheet metal. Essential features of the industrial design In the central part at the front there is an element in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, made of perforated sheet metal. In the front corners there are 3 front lamps in a vertical arrangement (photo 1). The bonnet of an agricultural tractor is characterized by the fact that it has a visible concave embossing on the upper outer surface (photo 4). The edges of the embossing form two convex longitudinal edges running along the entire length of the bonnet, while in the central part of the bonnet at the front there is an element in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, made of perforated sheet metal.
