Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac czesci zsypowej wagonu towarowego do przewozu tlucznia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i budowie i przeznaczona jest do odtworzenia w produkcji przemyslowej. Konstrukcja czesci zsypowej wagonu towarowego do przewozu tlucznia bedaca przedmiotem zgloszenia wzoru przemyslowego jest calkowicie nowym i prototypowym rozwiazaniem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, który przedstawia widok czesci zsypowej wagonu kolejowego towarowego do przewozu tlucznia. The essence of the industrial design is the new design of a freight wagon chute for transporting ballast, manifested in its shape and construction, and is intended to be reproduced in industrial production. The design of the freight wagon chute for transporting ballast, which is the subject of the industrial design application, is a completely new and prototypical solution. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, which shows a view of the chute of a railway freight wagon for transporting ballast. Essential features of the industrial design: An essential feature of the chute part of a freight wagon for transporting ballast is the relative position and shape of the following elements: ? a wide flat ramp 1 separated by partitions 2 dividing the chutes into two parts, ? a chute control 4 in the form of a hinged rectangular partition enabling unloading of ballast either onto the track between the rails or off the track next to the rail, ? unloading openings closed with rectangular flaps 3, ? a circular control shaft 5 with levers, ? asymmetrical positioning of the individual chute parts on both sides of the wagon, as shown in the attached drawing.
