Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest figurka przedstawiajaca pare aniolów, sluzaca jako element dekoracyjny. Figurka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona jest na fotografii fig. 1. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego polegaja na tym, ze: – figurke stanowi przestrzenne wyobrazenie pary objetych aniolów, – jeden z aniolów ma postac chlopca a drugi - postac dziewczyny, – chlopiec ma krótkie wlosy, dziewczyna - dlugie, – anioly maja skrzydla, – anioly okryte sa wspólna szata z ornamentem. The figurine according to the industrial design is shown in photograph Fig. 1. The essential features of the industrial design are that: – the figurine is a three-dimensional representation of a pair of angels embracing, – one of the angels is a boy and the other a girl, – the boy has short hair, the girl has long hair, – the angels have wings, – the angels are covered with a common robe with an ornament.
