Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest azurowa mata na schody posiadajaca wlasciwosci antyposlizgowe. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac maty na schody Fig. 1 przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie prostokatnym i ukladzie trapezowatych modulów wyposazonych w okragle otwory, których ilosc dostosowana jest do wielkosci maty tworzacych sinusoidalny ksztalt oraz dodatkowych wypustek umiejscowionych na górze, prostopadle do maty, nadajacych macie swoisty i oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy jej identyfikacje co zostalo przedstawione na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 2 - widok ogólny maty od góry, a drugie o ksztalcie walcowatym umieszczone prostopadle do spodniej powierzchni maty co zostalo przedstawione na rysunku Fig. 3 - widok maty od dolu. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak ujawniono na zalaczonym rysunku Fig. 4 w czesci frontowej mata schodowa ma ksztalt pólokragly, zas w czesci tylnej mata posiada rzad owalnych otworów, które naklada sie Fig. 5 na grzebien listwy mocujacej w ksztalcie litery „Z" Fig. 6, a nastepnie listwe w czesci plaskiej mocuje sie w sposób trwaly i rozlaczny z podstopnica schodowa. Opisany sposób polaczenia zapobiega przesuwaniu sie maty po powierzchni stopnia jednoczesnie gwarantuje mozliwosc uniesienia maty podczas czyszczenia schodów bez jej demontazu co w polaczeniu z oryginalna budowa i ksztaltem maty powoduje, ze ryzyko poslizgniecia sie uzytkownika na stopniu jest znaczaco mniejsze. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the stair mat Fig. 1, manifested in a rectangular shape and an arrangement of trapezoidal modules equipped with round holes, the number of which is adapted to the size of the mat, creating a sinusoidal shape and additional protrusions located at the top, perpendicular to the mat, giving the mat a specific and original appearance enabling its identification, which is shown in the attached drawing Fig. 2 - general view of the mat from the top, and the second one of a cylindrical shape placed perpendicular to the bottom surface of the mat, which is shown in the drawing Fig. 3 - view of the mat from the bottom. In accordance with the industrial design and as disclosed in the attached drawing Fig. 4, the front part of the stair mat has a semicircular shape, while in the rear part the mat has a row of oval holes, which are placed Fig. 5 on the comb of the fastening strip in the shape of the letter "Z" Fig. 6, and then the strip in the flat part is permanently and detachably attached to the stair riser. The described method of connection prevents the mat from sliding on the surface of the step and at the same time guarantees the possibility of lifting the mat during cleaning the stairs without dismantling it, which, in combination with the original construction and shape of the mat, means that the risk of the user slipping on the step is significantly lower. The anti-slip stair mat is characterized by the following features essential for the industrial design: - the existence of trapezoidal modules equipped with round holes creating a sinusoidal shape, – the existence of additional projections located at the top and bottom of the mat, protruding perpendicularly above the surface, the upper ones in the shape of a line and the lower ones in a cylindrical shape, – the existence of oval holes along one side for attaching the mat to the stairs using a special profile in the shape of the letter "Z", – attachment to the stairs using a profile in the shape of the letter "Z" with a perforated comb-shaped element connecting the arms and one of the arms.PL 18580 3 Illustration of the patternPL 18580 4 Department of Publishing UP RP PL PL PL PL PL
