Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem zgloszenia jest slupek ogrodzeniowy o nazwie handlowej „Elegancja model nr 1" w dwóch odmianach. Figura nr 1 przedstawia wzór slupka w pierwszej odmianie. Figura nr 2 przedstawia wzór slupka w drugiej odmianie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to cechy linii i ksztaltu. Slupek przedstawiony jako figura nr 1 odznacza sie podwójnie lukowato wygietym ksztaltem. Slupek przedstawiony jako figura nr 2 odznacza sie równiez podwójnie wygietym ksztaltem uzupelnionym o dodatkowy element ozdobny w postaci krótkiego ramienia.
