Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest profilowana nakladka zderzakowa, przeznaczona do montazu na zderzakach samochodowych, której zadaniem jest oslona zderzaka przed wszelkiego rodzaju uszkodzeniami, zwlaszcza przed zarysowaniem i powierzchniowym uszkodzeniem, przydajaca mu dodatkowych walorów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia nakladke zderzakowa w widoku z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia nakladke zderzakowa w widoku z boku, a Fig. 3 przedstawia nakladke w widoku z dolu. Nakladke zderzakowa stanowi wyprofilowana lukowo listwa o powierzchni czolowej pokrytej karbonowa przeciwposlizgowa mata o regularnej strukturalnej powierzchni. Profilowana lukowo listwa na calej swej dlugosci posiada podgiety pod katem brzeg. Znajdujaca sie na powierzchni czolowej listwy karbonowa mata przeciwposlizgowa ma równomiernie rozmieszczone na calej dlugosci poprzeczne wyciecia. Wyciecia te sa wezsze w warstwie spodniej, a szersze w warstwie srodkowej. Spodnia powierzchnia wyprofilowanej lukowo listwy ma tasme samoprzylepna. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego profilowanej nakladki na zderzak sa nastepujace: 1) Nakladka zderzakowa ma postac profilowej listwy, która wzdluz dluzszej krawedzi, na calej swej dlugosci ma wygiety pod katem brzeg. 2) Listwa ma profil lukowy. 3) Na powierzchni czolowej profilowanej listwy znajduje sie karbonowa mata przeciw- poslizgowa. 4) Karbonowa mata przeciwposlizgowa jest o regularnej strukturalnej powierzchni. 5) Wzdluz dluzszej krawedzi maty sa poprzeczne wyciecia, równomiernie rozmieszczone wzgledem siebie. 6) Mata jest w kolorze grafitu. 7) Zakonczenia krawedzi listwy sa zaokraglone. 8) Spodnia powierzchnia profilowanej listwy ma dwustronnie usytuowana tasme samo- przylepna.PL 18559 3 Ilustracja wzoruPL 18559 4 Departament Wydawnictw UP RP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLDescription of the Industrial Design: The subject of the industrial design is a profiled bumper overlay, intended for mounting on vehicle bumpers. Its purpose is to protect the bumper from all types of damage, particularly scratches and surface damage, adding additional aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bumper overlay from above, Fig. 2 shows the bumper overlay from a side view, and Fig. 3 shows the overlay from below. The bumper overlay consists of an arc-shaped strip with a front surface covered with a carbon anti-slip mat with a regular, textured surface. The arc-shaped strip has an angled edge along its entire length. The carbon anti-slip mat on the front surface of the strip has evenly distributed transverse cutouts along its entire length. These cutouts are narrower in the bottom layer and wider in the middle layer. The underside of the arc-shaped strip has self-adhesive tape.
