The essence of the industrial design is the use of a graphic composition enhanced by the symbol's colors, which, combined with a combination of words and graphics, visually illustrates the applicant's activities in the provision of diagnostic, treatment, and therapeutic services, as well as specialized training. The graphic symbol, while fulfilling an informative function through the presented words, graphics, and colors, imparts high aesthetic value to the display, ensuring the high quality and effectiveness of dental and medical services to observers. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration material, which shows a front view of the display surface of the graphic mark of an individual specialist medical and dental practice, shown in figures 1 to 10, in which variations of the graphic mark correspond to the individual figures. The first variation of the graphic mark of an individual specialist medical and dental practice represents a rectangular surface on which there is a two-part set of the words "novumDENT" written in a decorative font, a thick line in a single letter sequence with the letters at the same height. The first part of the set is the word "novum" written in lowercase letters, while the adjacent part "DENT" is marked in uppercase letters. The set of words "novumDENT" is written across the entire width of a large rectangular surface, having a dominant character in the graphic sign. Below the set of words "novumDENT" is the designation "SPECJALISTYCZNE CENTRUM STOMATOLOGICZNE" written across the entire width of the words in a thin line, in a block font of capital letters, with the letters being much smaller than the set of words. In the graphic sign, the surface of the letters is white, the remaining rectangular surface constituting the background of the sign is black, as shown in the attached illustration material Fig. 1.
