Istota wzoru jest nowa, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania forma zewnetrzna czapki, która w odniesieniu do znanych wczesniej czapek przejawia sie w jej oryginalnym uksztaltowaniu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych zdjeciach na których fig. 1 przedstawia wzór w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - w widoku z boku a fig. 3 - w widoku z tylu.
