The industrial design applied for protection is presented in illustrations fig. 1 and fig. 1a, while the remaining illustrations, i.e. fig. 2, fig. 2a, fig. 3, fig. 3a, fig. 4, fig. 4a, fig. 5, fig. 5a, fig. 6, fig. 6a, fig. 7 and fig. 7a - show its subsequent forms, i.e. variations of the industrial design, wherein fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5, fig. 6 and fig. 7 - show the design and its variations in front perspective views, while fig. 1a, fig. 2a, fig. 3a, fig. 4a, fig. 5a, fig. 6a and fig. 7a - show the design and its variations in back perspective views. An essential feature of the industrial design variant shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 5a - a beige and black bag, the shape of which, in the front view, essentially resembles a horizontally positioned cuboid - is that: – the bag is closed in its upper part with a flap, essentially rectangular, led out from the back wall of the bag, with the parallel sides of the flap on the side of the front wall being connected by an arcuate line; – the lines connecting the flap to the bag are trimmed with piping; – two bag handles are led out from the back wall of the bag - on the line of the bag flap, and from the front wall of the bag - below the line where the flap is fastened -, while the detachable bag strap is attached to handles led out from the side walls of the bag, above the upper edge of the side pockets of the bag, with the upper surface of each side pocket of the bag being gathered and its edge being trimmed with piping; – the press studs on the bag strap enable the creation of a loop; – a rectangular label is visible on the front wall of the bag, which can be decorated with, for example, a logo; – on the front wall of the bag, below the stitching line of the bag’s handles, there is a zippered, main pocket in the shape of a rectangle with slightly rounded upper corners, slightly smaller than the width of the front wall of the bag, with the side walls of the pocket widening towards the top of the bag and in the upper part of the pocket turning into its upper rectangular wall, while the edges of the pocket are trimmed with piping; – on the front wall of the main pocket, there is a smaller, rectangular pocket, fastened with a rectangular flap with rounded lower corners, with the sides and top edge of the pocket trimmed with piping; – the bag is made in contrasting colors, with the bag’s flap, its side pockets, side walls, and top wall of the main pocket, as well as the rectangular pocket, being beige, while the remaining parts of the bag, including the handles, strap, and trim, being black. An essential feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 6 and Fig. 6a – a red-gray bag whose shape, when viewed from the front, essentially resembles a horizontally oriented cuboid – is that: – the bag’s upper part is closed with a flap, essentially rectangular, extending from the back wall of the bag, with the parallel sides of the flap on the front wall being connected by an arcuate line; – the lines where the flap joins the bag are trimmed with piping; – two handles run from the back wall of the bag – along the line of the bag flap, and from the front wall of the bag – below the line where the flap fastens – while the detachable bag strap is attached to handles run from the side walls of the bag, above the upper edge of the side pockets of the bag, where the upper surface of each of the side pockets of the bag is gathered and its edge is trimmed with piping; – press studs on the bag strap enable the creation of a loop;PL 18448 5 – a rectangular label is visible on the front wall of the bag, on which e.g. a logo can be placed; – on the front wall of the bag, below the line of the bag’s handles, there is a visible, fastened, main pocket of the bag in the shape of a rectangle with slightly rounded upper corners, slightly smaller than the width of the front wall of the bag, with the side walls of the pocket widening towards the top of the bag and in the upper part of the pocket turning into its upper rectangular wall, while the edges of the pocket are trimmed with piping; – on the front wall of the main pocket of the bag, there is a smaller, rectangular pocket, fastened with a rectangular flap with rounded lower corners, with the sides and upper edge of the pocket being trimmed with piping; – the bag is made in contrasting colors, with the bag’s flap, its side pockets, side walls, and top wall of the main pocket, as well as the rectangular pocket, being made in red, while the handles, strap, and trim are made in black, and the remaining parts of the bag are in dark gray.
