W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, reczne urzadzenie do wyrobu papierosów, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukturze oraz ornamentacji. Wzorem objeto jedna postac recznego urzadzenia do wyrobu papierosów. Compared to similarly designed products of this type, the hand-held cigarette-making device, as represented by the industrial design, is distinguished by its novelty manifested in the arrangement of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and ornamentation. The design covers one form of the hand-held cigarette-making device. The design of the hand-held cigarette-making device is shown in the illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the hand-held cigarette-making device in a perspective view from the front, top, and left side, Fig. 2 shows the hand-held cigarette-making device in a left side view, Fig. 3 shows the hand-held cigarette-making device in a top view, Fig. 4 shows the hand-held cigarette-making device in a bottom view, Fig. 5 shows the hand-held cigarette-making device in a rear view, and Fig. 6 shows the hand-held cigarette-making device in a front view. The hand-held cigarette-making device is characterized in that it has a shape that is symmetrical about the longitudinal vertical plane of symmetry and approximates a cuboid with profiled upper, front, and rear surfaces and rounded outline edges. The base is flat and rectangular. The lateral surfaces are flat, perpendicular to the base, and bounded by the edges of the base, anterior surface, superior surface, and posterior surface, respectively. The anterior surface is inclined to the base and is convexly curved upward, transitioning gently to the flat superior surface. The superior surface consists of four parts, successively arranged starting from the anterior surface. The first part has a wedge-shaped bulge, the edges of which extend from a central apex formed at the transition from the anterior surface to the superior surface and expand convexly outward in an arcuate manner towards the back and the planes of the lateral surfaces, joining at the end of the first part with the lateral edges of the superior surface. The second part of the superior surface, slightly convex, is inclined upward and posteriorly. The third part of the upper surface is slightly inclined downward and backward, while the fourth part is inclined downward and backward at an angle greater than the third part. The third and fourth parts are flat. The fourth part of the upper surface has a recess in the shape of a pyramid with a triangular base. Along the lateral surface, from the upper rear corner to the lower front corner, a segment of surface with a decorative structure is separated. At the junction of the rear wall and base, a beveled surface is formed, inclined downward and forward. The essential features of the manual cigarette-making device, based on the industrial design, are that it has a shape symmetrical about the longitudinal vertical plane of symmetry and approximates a cuboid with profiled upper, front, and rear surfaces and rounded contour edges. The base is flat and rectangular in shape, as shown in Fig. 4. The lateral surfaces are flat, perpendicular to the base and bounded by the edges of the base, the front surface, the upper surface and the rear surface, respectively, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The front surface is inclined to the base and is convexly curved upwards, transitioning gently into a flat upper surface parallel to the base, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. The upper surface consists of four parts arranged successively starting from the front surface, the first part having a wedge-shaped bulge, the edges of which extend from a vertex formed centrally at the transition from the front surface to the upper surface and expand convexly outwards in an arcuate manner towards the rear and the planes of the lateral surfaces, joining at the end of the first part with the lateral edges of the upper surface, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 3. Part of the upper surface is inclined upward and backward and is slightly convex. A third of the upper surface is inclined slightly downward and backward, while the fourth part is inclined downward and backward at an angle greater than the third part. Parts three and four are flat. In the fourth part of the upper surface there is a recess in the shape of a pyramid with a triangular base, as shown in Fig. 3. Along the side surface, starting from the upper rear corner to the front lower corner, there is a separated segment of the surface with a decorative structure, as shown in Fig. 2.
