Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych. Wzór zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 jest widokiem jego pierwszej odmiany, a fig. 2 widokiem jego drugiej odmiany. Krzeslo wedlug pierwszej odmiany wzoru zdobniczego ma siedzisko wsparte na czterech nogach. Nogi krzesla sa plytami, których powierzchnie w widoku z boku maja forme stylizowanych nóg konskich. Powierzchnia podstawy siedziska jest ograniczona z przodu pionowa plytka. Czesc tapicerowana siedziska ma forme siodla konskiego wyposazonego w strzemiona. Wedlug drugiej odmiany wzoru zdobniczego ma siedzisko wsparte na czterech nogach. Nogi krzesla sa plytami, których powierzchnie w widoku z boku maja formestylizowanych nóg konskich. Powierzchnia podstawy siedziska jest ograniczona z przodu pionowa plytka natomiast jej tyl ogranicza inna pionowa plyta której powierzchnia jest stylizowanym odwzorowanie glów konskich. Czesc tapicerowana siedziska ma forme siodla konskiego wyposazonego w strzemiona. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and aimed at aesthetic purposes. The design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 is a view of its first variant, and Fig. 2 is a view of its second variant. The chair according to the first variant of the ornamental design has a seat supported by four legs. The chair legs are boards whose surfaces, when viewed from the side, resemble stylized horse legs. The surface of the seat base is bounded at the front by a vertical board. The upholstered portion of the seat resembles a horse saddle equipped with stirrups. The second variant of the ornamental design has a seat supported by four legs. The chair's legs are plates whose surfaces, in a side view, resemble stylized horse legs. The seat base surface is bounded at the front by a vertical plate, while its rear is bounded by another vertical plate whose surface is a stylized representation of a horse's head.
