Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi postac tasmy samoprzylepnej przejawiajaca sie w rozmieszczeniu otworów tworzacych perforacje tasmy i jest przeznaczona do odtwarzania w produkcji przemyslowej lub rzemieslniczej. The essence of the industrial design is the form of the self-adhesive tape, manifested in the arrangement of holes creating the tape's perforations, and is intended for reproduction in industrial or craft production. The industrial design is illustrated in Figure 1, where the self-adhesive tape features hexagonal holes arranged in rows with equal spacing between the holes, with the sides of these hexagons parallel to the tape's edges.
