Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest szminka zwlaszcza do przyozdabiania twarzy i innych czesci ciala w dwukolorowe, kontrastowe pasy. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w kolorystyce i ksztalcie wkladu oraz oprawki szminki. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na rysunku, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia szminke w odmianie pierwszej, z zamknieta oprawka, fig. 2 przedstawia szminke w odmianie pierwszej z oprawka otwarta, fig. 3 przedstawia szminke w odmianie pierwszej w widoku z góry, fig. 4 przedstawia szminke w odmianie drugiej, z zamknieta oprawka, fig. 5 przedstawia szminke w odmianie drugiej z oprawka otwarta, fig. 6 przedstawia szminke w odmianie drugiej w widoku z góry. W odmianie pierwszej szminka wedlug wzoru ma postac wkladu umieszczonego w oprawce z zatyczka, przy czym wklad ma splaszczona forme, o przekroju poprzecznym zblizonym w ksztalcie do elipsy i wykonany jest w dwóch kontrastowych kolorach, rozgraniczonych wzdluz pionowej osi symetrii szminki. Oprawka szminki ma równiez splaszczona postac, odpowiadajaca ksztaltem wkladowi szminki. W czesci górnej oprawka szminki wykonana jest z materialu przezroczystego, tak, ze po nalozeniu zatyczki powstaje przezroczysty pas, przez który widac wklad szminki. W dolnej czesci oprawki, w zaokraglonym wglebieniu, umieszczone jest zabkowane pokretlo jak pokazano fig. 1, 2 i 3. W odmianie drugiej szminka wedlug wzoru ma postac wkladu umieszczonego w oprawce z zatyczka, przy czym wklad ma splaszczona forme, o przekroju poprzecznym zblizonym w ksztalcie do elipsy i wykonany jest w dwóch kontrastowych kolorach - czerwonym i bialym, rozgraniczonych wzdluz pionowej osi symetrii szminki. Oprawka szminki ma równiez splaszczona postac, odpowiadajaca ksztaltem wkladowi szminki. W czesci górnej oprawka szminki wykonana jest z materialu przezroczystego, tak, ze po nalozeniu zatyczki powstaje przezroczysty pas, przez który widac wklad szminki. W pozostalej czesci oprawka ma kolor srebrny. W dolnej czesci oprawki, w zaokraglonym wglebieniu, umieszczone jest zabkowane pokretlo w ciemnym kolorze, jak pokazano fig. 4, 5 i 6 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: I. The essence of the design is the new form of the item, manifested in the colors and shape of the lipstick liner and frame. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the first version of the lipstick, with a closed frame; Fig. 2 shows the first version of the lipstick, with an open frame; Fig. 3 shows the first version of the lipstick, from above; Fig. 4 shows the second version of the lipstick, with a closed frame; Fig. 5 shows the second version of the lipstick, with an open frame; Fig. 6 shows the second version of the lipstick, from above. In the first variant, the lipstick is designed as a refill placed in a frame with a cap. The refill has a flattened shape, with a cross-section roughly resembling an ellipse, and is made in two contrasting colors, separated along the vertical axis of symmetry of the lipstick. The lipstick frame also has a flattened shape, corresponding in shape to the lipstick refill. The upper part of the lipstick frame is made of a transparent material, so that when the cap is inserted, a transparent strip is created through which the lipstick refill is visible. A serrated knob is located in the lower part of the frame, in a rounded recess, as shown in Figures 1, 2, and 3. In the second variant, the lipstick, according to the design, takes the form of a refill placed in a frame with a cap. The refill has a flattened shape, with a cross-section similar to an ellipse, and is made in two contrasting colors – red and white, delimited along the vertical axis of symmetry of the lipstick. The lipstick frame also has a flattened shape, corresponding to the shape of the lipstick refill. The upper part of the lipstick frame is made of a transparent material, so that when the cap is inserted, a transparent strip is created through which the lipstick refill is visible. The remaining part of the frame is silver. In the lower part of the frame, in a rounded recess, there is a serrated knob in a dark color, as shown in Fig. 4, 5 and 6. Essential features of the industrial design: I.
